It was the typical shabby Orlando hotel. The bed was okay but they only gave 2 cheap pillows per bed. The internet was so slow we couldn't even stream Hulu on the TV. There weren't any bugs and it was clean enough but we'll stay elsewhere next time. The staff was great though!

Constant smell of weed from guests who appear to live there sitting outside their room smoking wasn’t something I was happy about my child experiencing

At night the bathroom develops a very heavy and bad musky odor. It literally smells of roaches, if you know, you know. I saw no evidence of infestation on my check in inspection but saw 2 roaches on the wall when I was woken up early in the morning by the neighbors. We were room 135 and our neighbors were very loud both nights. Each night around 1 am something started to randomly knock and scratch against the wall our headboards were attached to. Just random and would stop a minute and begin again. Then they would bring their small child outside on a ride-on toy and they would walk back and forth in front of our door and the wheels of that toy against the concrete walkway and the child were loud. This continued until a little after 3 am both nights. At one point I heard our door flex as someone leaned against it and loudly as the other person "where your man at". I got up to jiggle the door handle and let them know we were in there and they moved along but the small child continued to go back and forth on the toy. The grounds could use work as only the main pool was available. Part of the pool patio was blocked with caution tape and plywood covering two other jacuzzi's. The beds were very uncomfortable and wobbly as they are on taller metal frames. When you roll over the bed sways. The mattresses were just hard and not comfortable. No lights in the seating area so that half of the room stays quite dark where the table is.

The rooms were spacious and we were allowed to inspect the room before we finished the check in process and left our deposit. Linens were clean and rooms were nicely kept and maintained. The shower was nice and hot. The AC was ice cold. Room amenities were clean and very well kept. The parking lot is shared with the orange store, waffle house, and the flea market so there's stuff to do within walking distance.

People don’t pick up after their dogs. The towels were awful and didn’t dry you after a shower. The bathroom door was off kilter and was hard to shut. When it did close, there was something (too high for us to see what) on the top of the door that kept dropping all over the bathroom floor.

Dog friendly and close to Disney. It was quiet and clean.

There was a lot of noise and yelling at night my first night and the folks with dogs of all sizes don't pick up after them. There was even poop in the pool area.

The room itself was great. Clean and the fridge was big, like a small apartment fridge not a dorm fridge.

Too many people smoking weed take me to people sit on picnic tables 2 or 3 o’clock in the morning making noise when got tracked and bought some money from me

The towels were obviously new and unlaundered. We kept getting lint and fuzz all over every time we dried off. The bathroom in 118 needs refurbishing.

We weren't aware that people lease rooms to live in. Some of those people were a little sketchy. The beds were very uncomfortable. No one was at the desk when we wanted to check out. There was a sign in the door that said, "Be back in 30 minutes." I called the number on the sign, and the man said he'd put down in the computer that we checked out on time and refund my deposit. It would've been nice to get a receipt.

Friendly staff. Clean room. No carpet, linoleum floors. Hotel wlgroubds were quiet. The fridge was larger than a "mini" one. Close to many different Orlando attractions!!

Spanish Guy in the night shift was excellent 👌 nice greeting but in the morning the short lady with glasses and sort black hair was extremely rude and had a little attitude when speaking 🗣️ it was exactly 10:58 and she was banging on the door saying you had to get out mind you I was on my way out already but the way she handled her job I think she's taking it little bit to serious I shouldn't be rushed out like that like it's a marathon.

Like the location cause has a lot of places nearby to go eat and drink and listen to music. Has a waffle house in front has a flee market, cool place to go to
