The bed was very firm and the drain in the shower didnt drain. The tub filled with water when you showered.

The rooms are definitely outdated and the beds/pillows weren't the most comfortable.

Great location if you're looking to go to Story Land or visit North Conway. Had a nice balcony view, heated pool, etc. Breakfast in the morning was also good and the staff was friendly. Rooms were clean.

The rooms were a good size, we had a king bed, desk and chair. The rooms and property were very well maintained. Also, there was a nice pool area, and the staff was very nice, and helpful.

The bed was too close to the wall on one side, so it was a challenge to get in and out on that side. The lights over the sink should be above the mirror instead of down along side where they are shining right in eyes. A shelf for toiletries would greatly improve the bathroom because there is very little space on the sink vanity.

The price was good. The king bed was comfortable. The staff members are very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The pool area is well kept and clean. They have picnic tables with umbrellas as well as lounge chairs. They have free coffee all day. They also have maps and guides of local attractions. The location is really great. It's beyond the busy North Conway downtown traffic while still being only a few minutes away from there. We will stay there again.

Minor problem - the hairdryer fixture wouldn't stay attached to the wall when I was using it. It wasn't a big deal.

I've stayed there several times and appreciate how clean everything is and enjoy the calm and quiet atmosphere. I wil continue to choose this hotel when in the area in the future!

They left one bed unmade. It was very strange. We used two beds and one bed was made up nice upon our return for the day and the other bed was left a mess. Better lighting in the very dark room would have been nice. Also trying to get a cup of coffee in the breakfast room was a little frustrating. It was congested and people taking their time stirring their coffee for a weird amount of long time left me standing and waiting for no logical reason. Like a full minute of stirring a tiny cup of coffee standing in the way of everyone waiting?? I don't blame the hotel but I didn't even try to get breakfast food due to crowding around the counters and people moving at the speed of molasses. Fighting a crowd first thing in the morning isn't my cup of tea so we chose to go out for breakfast instead once I was finally able to grab a coffee. I will return because it's a lovely hotel with a friendly staff and slow crowds at breakfast can't be helped.

The breakfast area was tiny. There was never enough seating and even trying to get to the food was awkward. We opted to get breakfast elsewhere even though that was a big reason for booking there in the first place.

The rooms are a bit dated but clean. The smell in the room isn't so pleasant, probably from the air conditioning.

The location was very good, a convenient starting point for hiking trails, close to the interstate, but not too noisy. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was adequate.

Very clean spacious room with a small balcony overlooking mountain views. The room and grounds were very clean and well maintained. The outdoor heated pool was a nice bonus.

Being critical because everything was very nice but the water pressure in the shower was not great. It took some time to rinse off but there was plenty of hot water. Definately not a deal breaker for me

Room was very clean, grounds were tidy and well cared for. the check in process was easy and the front desk attendant was friendly. Checked all of my boxes for a safe place to stay for a quick overnight stay!
