Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomOnly a couple of minor issues, the TV was down for 3 days however this wasn't really a problem, I mean who travels to watch TV anyway. Also the charge for parking we found was disappointing, exceptionally high, around $75 a night, which is a shame as there is a secure underground car park over the round that charges $10 a day.
Great hotel in a great location of Dallas, the hotel really met our expectations. We found the staff and overall service was exceptional. The rooftop pool and the different bars within the property are all of a high standard, and we found the food throughout was really great. Overall it was a really great stay and i'd highly recommend this hotel. Just to add the gym and fitness facilities are amazing a great addition to the property.

Stayed here for an offsite and honestly, it's one of the nicest hotels ever. Lovely big rooms, plenty of choice for food (including some of the best restaurants in Dallas), meetings and a lovely big gym.

United StatesThe overall location was challenging with some of the construction on the road in front of the hotel. It made getting in and out of the parking area difficult, but that’s temporary.
The hotel was gorgeous and all of the amenities felt luxurious. The rooftop pool was unparalleled. All of the food was amazing. We tried each of the hotel bars and restaurants with the exception of one and had a fabulous experience at each.

United StatesThe only suggestion that I have is to fill up the ice bucket when servicing the room and at night time for turn down service.
I did not eat breakfast at the hotel. The location is fantastic. The neighborhood is very safe and very walkable. Many restaurants, cafes, shops, and nightlife within blocks of the hotel. We stayed on the 14th floor and the view was fabulous.

United StatesBiggest complaint would be the outside noise. The windows are very thin... I was on the 17th floor and could still here all of the noise from the street below. Additionally there is a rooftop bar nearby (The Happiest Hour) that is very noisy. I could hear/feel the music well into the night. The only other complaint would be that the water temperature of the shower wasn't working properly. I reported to staff and they definitely improved it, but still wasn't ideal. I'm guessing kinks like the water will be fixed the longer the hotel is open... it is still very new.
Overall the quality of this hotel is top-notch. Lots of attention to details. Beautiful décor and an bed that I could have stayed in all day long... so comfortable! The bathroom is also fantastic! The staff is also extremely accommodating and professional.

United StatesNo spa. Bummer, I really dont see paying this price point without spa access for my wife. Spa is the main purpose men pay for this level of hotel for their wives. And some for themselves.

United StatesLOTS of traffic noise in my room (Room 1116). But the worst part was having no water. I received a notification that water would be turned off from midnight till 2 AM one night. And had that been the case, it would've been fine. Instead, when I woke up the next morning at 6 AM there were still no water. By 10:30 AM there was still no water. In that time frame I called the front desk multiple times. Each time, the front desk feigned ignorance of the situation. Or, perhaps worse, they were actually ignorant. "Oh, really? You have no water? Because maintenance told me water pressure had been restored. Let me look into it." Then, "oh, really? You still have no water? Let me look into that." Finally, many hours later, water pressure was restored, but then I had no hot water. Another series of calls to the "ignorant" front desk. By now I thought the Receptionist would have offered to move me to another room if that was a possibility. Assuming it unlikely, I ask anyway. Turns out the upper floors had hot water and they were able to move me to room 1717. Why in the world didn't they offer this sooner?? Ultimately, they blamed it on the city of Dallas. But, of course, that excuse is unacceptable. At the minimum, the Hotel knew that city maintenance was going to be performed and should have notified me BEFORE I checked in, and given me an opportunity to book elsewhere. Once I was their captive guest, I was provided with no information on the developing situation unless I asked for it. And even then, I didn't really get any useful information. In addition, there seem to be no sense of urgency on the hotel's part about any of this. Never mind that it was a weekday and I had meetings to attend. I did receive a voice message from one of the managers, but he offered nothing other than apologies for the inconvenience.
The location was good in terms of putting you within strike and distance of all downtown amenities and attractions. The staff was nice enough nominally speaking. The rooftop facilities are quite nice. That was my favorite spot in the hotel. I didn't visit the bar, other than just to peek inside, but it looked nice.
