I loved all the little personal touches everywhere. Amy made sure that we had all of the comforts of home. Their outdoor pool and garden is beautiful. She and Shay are wonderful hosts. I will be returning to their home when we visit California again.

Parking can be a bit tricky, but there is plenty in the area.

Location is great to drive to all the nearby attractions. Neighborhood is very quiet at night. Breakfast, made to order, was a real treat in the morning. Trish was a great host.

Breakfast was outstanding. Just like in a nice restaurant. The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet. Many thoughtful items in the room - suitable for traveling guests, and much more than a hotel would provide.

The owner Amy was very kind and accommodating. She made sure to communicate every night to schedule breakfast every morning. The room was clean and quaint. There is a beautiful patio where you can eat breakfast and also a nice swimming pool. It wasn't hot enough during my stay to go swimming, but it looked very inviting. I will definitely return when I come back to visit.

We really have no complaints. The only minor issue would be sometimes you can hear a little noise/movements from the other rooms, but honestly it did not bother us. It would never deter our stay in the future.

Sweet Dreams B&B is such a little gem. Our entire stay was really nice and Shay was a wonderful host. The location is also in a great spot. It is walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and stores. We also had no problem parking during our entire stay which is a big plus.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our last night in USA West Coast before flying home to Germany. Amy and Shay were perfect hosts, joining us for coffee, but also leaving us our space. Sweet Dreams is a beautiful B&B, great facilities including a grand swimming pool, perfect location, and what a wonderful breakfast Amy prepared for us! We will certainly love to stay there if we ever revisit LA!

Everything was as described in the listing. The space was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything you need. Breakfasts were homemade and delicious. The location was perfect with access to everything. Amy was available to answer any questions and was an amazing host. I will most definitely stay here again!

The accomodation was very nice, comfortable and it was very clean and fresh. All the equipment and utensils in the kitchen were of very good quality. The breakfast was also very good. Amy, her husband and the staff were very nice people.

The street parking was a little uncertain, but we were able to park close 5 out of 6 nights. One night, we were a bit uncomfortable with lack of street lighting when we had to park a few houses away.

The unit was very clean, and Amy provided excellent hospitality, generous breakfasts, and timely communication. The property was quiet and cozy. It was in a great location for our needs.

Its no big deal but you have to be aware that you do hear some noise and steps when people move around on the second floor (our room was on the ground floor). The owners try to keep it low but its the structure of the building - you’d have to float for others to not hear anything.

Its a nice and clean house in a good neighborhood of L.A. Shopping and food nearby on Ventura Blvd. It takes about 20-40 Minutes to get to many sights (depending on traffic): Filmstudios, Hollywood Sign, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica Pier. Since you need a car anyway to get around L.A. we found it better to stay in a nice part of town and take little drives than stay close to the shore where prices are higher. The owners (Amy and Shay) are very nice people. In the morning there is very good fresh breakfast (great pancakes) outside in the pretty backyard. You get to chat with the hosts and other guests. If you are interested, Amy will give you tipps where to go and how to get around.

A little too bright in room, if you want to sleep in or lights from gfci outlets bother you take that into consideration.

Host had excellent communication, check in was a breeze,we were even able to check in early . The breakfast was simple but good, bacon, eggs, fruit, toast, coffee & juice the host even put a nice little breakfast together for us the day before for our early morning commute to Universal, which is only 15-20 min away in light traffic. Fridge & cabinets were stocked with a few provisions which was nice. Bed was super comfy & futon folded out to provide a bed for our 15 yr old. We didn't get any pool / patio time in because temps were chilly but was a cute little area.
