I didn't receive the pin number for the room but the evening help line was very nice and helpful. The linens were not the best but they did the job.

The location was great and we really enjoyed the use of the pool. The view was amazing and the roar of the waves were a perfect background while relaxing in the room. It was well stocked with kitchen items and games and the sofa bed worked well for the 11 yr old twin boys. The walk to the beach was quick and easy and the residents were very helpful. There were also plenty of towels available for pool and showering. I was able to bring my dog with us and the charge was very reasonable!

It would have been much easier to have an elevator staying on the third floor, but the view made it worth the inconvenience. The spa was unavailable during our stay and the pool was much colder than we expected. My husband and I liked the bed, but our children complained that the pull outs in the living room were very uncomfortable. There were things available in the unit like a convertible dining table and folding chairs as well as pillows and blankets for the pull out that we happened to find during our stay, but it would have been more helpful if the availability of these items had been communicated.

The location was great and the unit was well appointed with plenty of towels, pillows, little soaps, and available streaming services. We really appreciated being offered an extra night at a discounted rate, which we took advantage of.

Loud between neighbors walls, etc. Dogs were on constant alert to all unknown noises.

We are not computer savvy, so TV system was confusing for us. We didn't receive an e-mail about how to check into the room, so when we arrived, the office was closed. We called the tel no on the door and the lady was very helpful and nice. She said an e-mail was sent to us Dec. 14 telling what code to use to open the apartment door. If we'd received the message, it wouln't have been a problem. Also, we are in our 70's and our room was on the 2nd floor and it was hard to cart all of our belongings up/down to the room. Next time, we will request a 1st floor room.

Apartment was very nice. Loved all the extras in the kitchen.

As described, it was built in 1974. Found a dirty blanket in the closet for my son to use, so I retrieved a sleeping bag from my car for him to use instead.

The knobs on the stove would turn on if anyone walked near it. That was a little bit of a hazard with little kids visiting. It was the end of the season so the condo could have used a deep clean, but that's to be expected the time of year when we were staying. One suggestion I have would be to install handrails all the way down the trail to the beach. There were some at the top, but not towards the bottom and it was a little steep and the asphalt was a little slick at times. This didn't really have anything to do with the condo itself though. There wasn't anything to keep me from staying there again.

The location was perfect! We could see and hear the ocean all the time and the condo was very nicely decorated and comfortable. I really liked that there were games and puzzles and other things to do while in the condo as well. The kitchen was nicely equipped for cooking meals. The Kuerig was a plus, but it was missing the part that made it so you could use K Cups. Luckily my daughter had one she wasn't using and was able to bring that to me to use when she came to visit. The manager was super helpful when I talked to her after our stay.

The look of the carpets in the w/dogs really could have used a good cleaning. It was hard to tell which photos went to which rental on the website.

The staff were quick to answer correspondence and easy to work with. We extended our stay w/o any problems, a couple of times. We had 2 condos, 1 w/ a dog, 1 w/o. It was nice to find out that the water was changed in the hot tub at the beginning of the week.

Murphy bed and pillows were not the greatest. The huge clock over kitchen table did not work. The couch was not the most comfortable it's getting a nit worn.

Nice, quiet LC stay with close beach access. Budget friendly with all the amenities including private ocean view deck, fireplace, full kitchen, shared pool and hot tub.

Broken fan in the bedroom, bathroom light/fan sounded like a plane engine, no AC unit to our knowledge, stomping at all hours of the night above our room, broken drawer on the bottom of the dresser, broken outlet.

It had a great shower head, close to the beach with an ocean view, nice lounge chair, an actual bedroom
