Housekeeping never came in, and we asked for batteries for the remote for the television and they were never brought to us. Safety hazard in the hallways with all the dollies.

Room television did not work, so we couldn't use it. Their guest computer located near the front office did not work, the laser printer was out of ink ...unusable as well. I could not print 1 page that I needed. I contacted the front desk regarding the TV, and the evening manager attempted to fix it. Being a prior tv technician, it was clearly a problem with the backlighting LED circuit (15 yr old TV) which I informed him. He apologized and left after informing us he had no replacement. Regarding the computer/printer..he had no knowledge and could not assist.

Price and adjacent to an excellent restaurant for our evening meal. The facility and the room was clean.

Microwave was not plugged in ( had to pull out dresser/cabinet, to plug it back in, and there were a bunch of crumbs from other people’s stays, under and behind). Good there were two of us there to do that. The threshold in the room is ridiculous and, a trip hazard on an ALL hard floor surface. Did not see any smoke detectors or fire sprinklers in the room. Isn’t that code? Maybe there was something there, that we couldn’t see??? The TV/cable kept going back to main screen and was difficult to figure out ( should have a laminated instruction sheet in the room). Two remotes…But only needed to use one. Why was the second one even in the room? The shower curtain touches the bottom of the inside of the tub ( too long). No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Bathroom could have some sort of night-light, or softer light. It is quite bright when just needing to use the restroom in the middle of the night. The bed was fine, but, made some weird tinny popping noise any time my husband or I moved. The refrigerator was CLEAN. And the rest of the room was CLEAN. Appreciate that. And we did get the rest that we needed.

Arrived to check in and they said we were already checked in. After a phone call they finally figured it out and gave us keys. Used the key and walked in on an OCCUPIED room! Got another room with almost zero apology and the safety latch was mostly pulled out of the door frame and wouldn’t have stopped anyone. And breakfast ended at nine on a weekend!!!

The facility is very dated and in disrepair. Countless coats of paint cover the walls in an attempt to make the facility look cared for but this hotels best days are long gone. I needed a cheap place just to put my head down for a couple nights and this place did the job. Much more expensive than it should have been--it's probably a $80/night room but I paid a lot more, probably because the College World Series was in town.

The room was huge. We had 2 queen beds and, had we needed it, we could have easily put a couple air mattresses in the room for others. The room was very quiet and the towels provided were exceptional.

We requested a pet friendly room. The room was perfect for a pet, however, it was not as clean as I have experienced and we could clearly smell the last pets. However, the staff was great about going above and beyond to try and rectify the situation.

Way to pricey. No discounts available. Couldn't stay as long as I needed to be with my family. Pretty sure some of the monthly got a MUCH better deal, and the one man that was monthly, kind of harassed me so I didn't even go down to breakfast for fear he would be there. The day I DID go to breakfast no eggs or sausage gravy. And sometimes I can't get down til 9:30, so I wouldn't recommend leisure travelers to stay th r re, only business.

Location to my family. Clean and comfortable. Front desk personnel nice and helpful.

It was definitely not up to code. The ice machine didn’t work. The bathroom was half painted. They didn’t vaccum the floors. The toilet was not latched to the floor. There were mattresses in the hallway which is a fire hazard.

It was nice they had breakfast and the beds were comfortable. The rooms were also pretty spacious.

Carpet is dirty. No elevator. We requested a handicapped room. We didn't receive one .We had reservations for over one month and we were told that was the last 4

My husband went down once and never went back. I didn't go down after he didn't care for it. We went next door to the Village Inn.

The hotel had a bad odor. It was not very clean and a bit rundown. Initially, we were turned away, because our room was incorrectly booked. We needed a room for pets, but the desk clerk told us there were none available. As it turned out, there was a miscommunication and there was a room just different bed type.

It was close to friends we were meeting. The location is close to the highway, as we were moving and I was pulling a 12 foot trailer. There is a Scooter's nearby.

It was just ok. Breakfast this morning was lacking. Well before 9 am the yogurt and pastries were gone and not replaced

There was no breakfast included and the coffee machine in the room left a lot to be desired. But our biggest issue was that there is no elevator. You have to carry your bags up and down stairs. The ad for this property really should make this very clear to prospective guests. And the location is also a rental site for U-Haul, so be prepared to be surrounded by U-Haul trailers and trucks.

The location was fine for our purposes. The staff was friendly but not always available.

There were quite a few U-Haul trucks and trailers parked in front of the establishment which I assume could be rented out from the hotel. This created a fairly difficult time finding parking or simply parking between. The walls in our room were a little dirty. We purchased some Clorox wipes and cleaned them with little effort. Our curtains had some mildew spots on them next to the heater. We found a broken necklace from a former occupant on the floor beside the bed. Other guests were quite loud in the hallways after midnight both nights. The bathroom door didn't latch, and there wasn't an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The arched shower curtain rod was partially detached from the wall, causing it to angle down toward the floor and preventing the shower curtain from being pulled to each side to close it while showering.

The location was very convenient and the price was reasonable. There was a good selection of channels on the t.v., the recliner in the room was quite comfortable, the fridge was large & worked well, and there was an abundance of pillows. The furniture was new, clean, and in good condition.
