Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesSheets and towels were stained, but smelled clean! Floor in room was sticky, not gross, but like they may have cleaned with the wrong product or just not have mopped the whole thing, we just we bought cheap sock slippers at Target. Switch plates were caked-on dirty, but we just used our elbows because I didn't pack clorox wipes. Sink kept backing up, we removed the hair from it (not ours, lol) and kept adjusting the stopper to make it work. Ice maker was broken, ordinarily wouldn't use it but was hoping to use to refill water bottles.
Location was within proximity to pretty much everything we needed to find. AC was nice and cold in the room. Staff was helpful. There was free breakfast included, but we did not eat there. Room was clean enough. Definitely got what we paid value-wise, this was a very inexpensive room that we booked last-minute for a weekend volleyball tournament.

United StatesThe male at the front desk would not even look up from his cell phone to greet you when entering the hotel. When I asked him a question it took him a second or two to even answer me. He was not unpleasant but unfocused on his job description. Also there was no television service during my stay. I was told I would receive a10% discount, but I haven't as of yet.
The day staff was professional and more pleasant.

United StatesThe Booking.com description of the faciliturs available accomodations was absolutely wrong. After viewing several options on the site I booked a room that said it had king bed AND2 full size beds. When we got to the hotel we were given a king room and told no such rooms existed there. We had to move to a double full room that was a tight fit for our group so we were very disappointed

United StatesWhen I first got there we were put into a 1 king bed room. I needed 2 queens so they switched us to their last room (or so they said). We had to deal with it because we were already there, it was hard enough to find a hotel with rooms available since it was Valentine’s Day weekend, it was about 1AM because we were coming from out of town for a wedding, and just wanted to go to sleep. We get to our room and the toilet isn’t flushing. No manager on site of course at 1AM, so we just had to wait. When we explained the toilet issue, the man at the check-in counter was rude. He was very short and snippy. We asked to at least have someone come fix it ASAP since we were spending another night there. The beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable & the halls were extremely loud all hours of the night. At checkout the lady was snippy and just rude.

United StatesHeat didn’t work in my room and the maintenance guy was in there for an hour working on it while I was in the room. This made me late for my dinner reservations. There wasn’t a washcloth included with the towels so couldn’t wash myself but I didn’t realize that until I was headed into the shower. The toilet paper roll was t attached properly to the wall and everyone working there didn’t speak English apart from the receptionist. Also tried to check in at 2:22 and they told me to come back at 3pm.
The room was tidy. There wasn’t enough food to advertise breakfast included. No apple or orange juice in the dispenser. There was cream cheese but nothing to put it on. One yogurt some tiny muffins and a waffle station.
