The shower could use some updating. Clean, but used well and some up keep, when possible, would go a long way.

Location and value are on point. Great staff and they work hard to keep the place clean. Busy surroundings but the parking lots are well lit and security seemed great.

It was clean and comfortable. It is an older establishment so don't expect a lot but it was good if you're on a budget.

All the lamps were unplugged when I arrived. I wasn't aware they were unplugged, and I was too tired to trouble shoot. So I had to use my phone as a flashlight and the bathroom light to fumble around and find clothes in my bags. That was a pain. Check out is at 11AM but he asked if he could call me at 8AM. It was after midnight when I arrived and I still needed to shower, I'm not counting the extra time it took me to go bump in the night without lights. I said he could but I wouldn't advise it, I'm grouchy in the morning without enough sleep. He did not call but rather started banging on doors at 9AM yelling "HOUSEKEEPING". Those thin walls, everyone heard it, it was super annoying. Maybe he should work as a guard in the prisons or something. And just to nit-pick the entire room was nicotine stained. A Pine-Sol wipe down weekly would remedy that discoloration. There was only one ashtray, the room is large, there needs to be three.

The bed and recliner in the room were super comfortable. The hot water had fantastic pressure and the fridge cooled my soda really fast. I was able to book a smoking room, something rare these days. I appreciated that greatly. The room did not smell like stale cigarette smoke at all.

The tub looked filthy so I couldn't bring myself to shower! The surface of the tub was rough when I felt it with my finger which trapped dirt, although there were a couple specks of something that came loose with my fingernail.

This place was filthy. It is in disrepair. I can't imagine this hotel is up to code. Everything was dirty -- no exaggeration. nothing was clean at all. Downright disgusting.

I had one filter in my search for a hotel and that was for a hot tub. So we choose this place and get there to find out it is out of order. These booking sites need to have some type of penalty to the hotels for offering an amenity online but not available when you get there. This was extremely disappointing. Secondly, the remote for the tv/cable did not work for the tv. In other words, it did not turn on/off the tv or control volume. It only controlled channels on the cable box. So we had to get up and walk to the tv to turn it on/off and adjust volume. The wifi internet was awful.

The outside area was dirty, trash not emptied. The corridors did not smell clean. There were people working on vehicles in the parking lot. The window screens were ripped. The popcorn ceiling was hanging off in the bathroom. The toilet ran all night and kept us awake.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean.
