The location, the staff, and the beds were comfortable. Shower was great

There was not one thing I liked.

There was noise ALL night, a lady trying to get out of the room down the hall, beating the door, screaming. I went to the door and the worker from the front desk was at the door. He told me she was his girlfriend. He was trying to direct her to use a screwdrivers to take the lock Oct off the door. I believe she was under the influence of drugs and there was a small child in the room. Since there was a young child involved, I didn’t feel comfortable leaving so I called the cops. My husband and I left after we spoke with the cops and we left before breakfast opened. I would’ve demanded a refund but I didn’t want to deal with the person at the desk since he was involved and would have my contact information. I shouldn’t have to pay for that night stay, I didn’t sleep, left by 6:00 and had to call the cops because I feared for a child. I drove away not feeling good about the situation I left and definitely not rested. I won’t stay at a Super 8 again if this is what your company allows. I know these surveys are standard protocol well let’s see what you do about this one. There is a police report!!

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Only option for hot breakfast was waffles.

One of the beds had a very soft bed, you rolled to the middle

Traveling with two small dogs, which i notified in advance. Got there, Zero room availability, I booked two weeks in advance and pre-registered the day prior.

The hotel has greatly improved, friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable, air conditioner was amazing

The bed was terrible, broken springs , stayed for 5 nights and they never changed towels or bed and 1 little bar of soap

The staff were friendly and the employees were helpful.

The room had a strange odor, on the side of my room the Parking area had large pot holes.

Breakfast was as expected, good selection to choose from, apples, muffins, two waffle makers, cereal, coffee, apple and orange juice, ect.. Everything in the breakroom was clean and well stocked. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful

My room had a little bit of a unpleasurable aroma upon entering the room. The bathroom door was coming apart at the bottom and was catching on the rug. I had to do laundry and there were washers and dryers available for use (two of each) and they used $2.00 worth of quarters each per cycle with no convenient way to get change. Also parking lot has some very sizable potholes. The window coverings were tattered.
