It is shamelessly overpriced for the quality of the place. The towels and wash cloths were stained. Dirty looking. I stepped into the shower...I left black foot prints in the wet tub...my feet were clean, I showered that morning, I am clean...I must have picked up dirt from the carpet! There was several hairs on bath floor. Room had an odor. I had to leave a high security deposit...time will tell if I get it back I mean, if you are going to "charge: a refundable security deposit, you MUST inspect the roombefore checking me out, issue me a receipt. Or a guarantee of receipt, before I leave thr premises. If I get any charges, I will hire a lawyer and take the place down. It was 1030pm I slept , I showered No smoking. Just me. The lady at front desk was a good worker, did a good job, she was earnest, sincere. Dealt with the unruly customer before me with patience and clarity. So kudos. I woukf not stay here again though. I think the hotel prices in Buffalo are over inflated, ridiculous. A detergent for tourists coming to Buffalo. Its a shame. Im here for mandatory family things...otherwise I would never stay in a hotel in Buffalo again. Thr Coty needs to get its act together and intervene. I mean...100. Plus for filth, a questionable parking lot security, dirty wash cloth and towels... I can endure all that ...for 69. But not $100. Plus

Room is so small, I felt like I was in a closet. No desk or chair. TV/remote didn’t work. I had to search for an available outlet to plug in my computer — one that the plug didn’t just fall out of. Did this so I could watch my own streaming service via my computer since the remote didn’t control the TV. Bed hard & lumpy — bottom sheet wasn’t really fitted (stretched out & not even tucked in). Dingy & drab. Glad I’m up and out of here at 5:30am.

There was a large informal car show adjacent that started around 7 am on Sunday morning very nearby. This resulted in constant very loud engine revving which made it impossible to sleep.

The old receptionist was not helpful and not nice at all. The young receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The air condition was noisy, but it was so cold (there was no duvet cover) that I barely slept.

I stayed 2nd time in same week as i had to do last min bookin. Very unclean condition. Blankets, bedsheets seems very old. AC button was broken. The bathroom vent fan was so loud. It was making loud noise. I found bug again on my 2nd stay. Night shift stuffs were very rude.

Place was not clean. I have seen bugs in the room. AC button wasn't working. Bad smell was coming when I first enter the room. Tiles were missing on the bathroom wall. Bed was very uncomfortable. The night stuffs ( two lady) very rude and unprofessional. Hallway wasn't clean enough.

Carpets need replaced or steam cleaned throughout the area we seen. No smoking should be enforced throughout the building. Too many fragrances used to hide the smell of smoke. Rooms are tired and need to be updated. Better exterior lighting as it was hard to find in the dark.

Hotel staff were friendly. We had a family room 208 it served it's purpose for a night's rest after a busy day at Darien lake. Lots of hot water, AC worked well. After reading lots of negative reviews we considered cancelling but didn't. Just know that the price point reflects the condition of the hotel, if you want the Hilton then pay for it. Good location for shipping and food. Lots of room in the family room, basic, cheap and a decent night's rest.

No seating in the reception area. No seating of any kind in the room. Fan in restroom very noisy. Supposed to be non smoking but heavy smell of smoke. Emergency exit was unsecured. You could enter from outside without key. Unsafe.
