How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The pool was closed for repairs and there was a musty/smokey smell throughout the building

Why didn’t you like? The room was clean and warm, but there were other things that needed some upgrading
The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful, but the motel needs some updates. No access to the pool. The side door had no outside handle to come back into the building and it just looks like it needs some overall tender, loving care. The candy machine was empty. The ice machine had a rope around it for no access, but they do need to do some upgrades

Surly staff required $100 cash deposit for 3rd party booking. Not notified of deposit in advance and had to request it back upon checkout. Shady as hell.

Getting there to check in and finding out there was a 100$ deposit which I was assured I would get back but still waiting on. If I prepaid why deposit? Also no sign of free breakfast!

1. Pool has been out of order since 2020. 2. The breakfast is basically nothing. 3. The manager removed all my luggage from the room after I extended on BOOKING.COM but didn't re-check in. 4. This is a typical INDIA ran facility and they don't do much in the form of maintenance. 5. The bed sheets had cigarette burns in them.
Location was the only plus about this place.

Breakfast was just waffles and a jug in bucket of ice. After being seen more then once by desk people keep confirming every time we would Come back in or leave if we really had a room it’s nice to know they ask but every time when you were seen more then once not sure.

It said it had a pool and spa but the pool was closed which they didn't say nothing about it and couldn't find the spa they had very little for breakfast

The shower head needs replaced.
The shower head was stuck on the pulse setting and didn't have enough pressure for me to even wash my hair. I realize I chose a smoking room but there's no reason for the bedspread AND sheets to have cigarette burns in them as well as the chair in the room.

Cleaner room the floor was dirty the blanket had holes in it the bathroom Walls had holes the room stunk. The TV didn't work right it had lines in it wifi didn't work it was the worse hotel i have ever stayed at and I stay at a lot of super 8 motels

This is NOT a $100/night hotel!! The beds are so hard, you might as well be sleeping on the floor! The rooms are clean enough but not clean (if you know what I mean). The ac unit is old and doesn't shut off. Had to turn off the fridge because it made such a high-pitched squeal. The toilet seat is broken. It is literally just sitting on top of the toilet bowl.

It was so dirty .the room I seen on booking.com is not what I got spiderwebs on walls, hair in bed. Dirty bedspread and bugs crawled one. I went to front desk ,he said I would have to leave immediately so they could clean it and he wouldn't charge me for the night I stayed. He did charge me for the night I stayed. They will be turned into BBB if I don't get that money back
