The door locks are terrible. They don’t work well at all. The decor is so old. Change all the green. The parking area paving is broken. The breakfast was pathetic.

Room had just a basic clean like sheets were changed and visible area of rug was vacuumed, there was old food and stuff under the beds, we looked at the shower and said No way...we didn't want to catch whatever was living in there. There were ants everywhere!

Earwigs crawling on the floor and bath counter. The tub was not very clean and didn't drain well. Floor under carpet was soft and sunk down when walking on it. Gap under motel door about an inch or more. Towel bar broken in bath. Breakfast area in lobby was unkept and not clean.

Wrinkled sheets appeared used, pillows tossed, (not lined up) as though used. Missing towel rack, no ice bucket, A/C control cover broken and unit very dirty. Floor slanted and uneven/ soft in spots. Outdoor stairs in poor condition. No bathroom fan or screen on window.

Other than the sheets were clean, I could not say anything positive about this property. It has been neglected, and though it seems as if the current owners are putting in the effort to update and upgrade, they have a" tough row to hoe." If you need a cheap, quiet place to sleep for the night and expect nothing else, this place would check the boxes.

The folks running the hotel were kind and pleasant and it is far enough from the fuel station and hiway, so it's quiet.

The stairs were rocky, the second floor walkway felt rotten under the carpet. There was lots of improvement attempts on the room itself. But some were half way or poorly done. Open electrical on the ceiling for a removed light. The old faucet was hard to turn on no sprayed everywhere.

The carpet was dirty in spots, there could've been an extra blanket. We got 7 inches of snow that night but no snow removal had been done, sidewalks, steps or parking lot.

Dirty bathroom walls and door jams. Carpet was loose/coming off on the stairs. Tripping hazard. I expected the broken grout and old tub.

The bed was one of the comfiest I've ever had at a budget hotel. Check in was easy. The gentleman at the desk was super kind. Everything worked as expected. At check out, the gentleman there was also very friendly, offering me coffee for my trip out. So nice!

Paint peeling in the shower, toilet clogged. But that was not the worst part, Indian old gentleman did not let my 10 year old daughter pour her own cereal, he was very rude about it too, there is no sign where it says that under 18 people cannot serve them self's, so after that we just left, it was very unpleasant experience especially when I paid double of other rooms I could get in that location without breakfast the only reason I booked it so I don't have to look for the place for breakfast. So if you want to stay here with your kids please don't. It will ruin your day.

The write up about the Super 8 hotel states "Pets Allowed". 2 hours later when I went to fill out the registration form I found that no pets were allowed. I called the hotel. I had filled out on the special request box that I had a 19 lb dog. I never received a note about no pets allowed. My call was answered by a very rude man stating no pets. I said I had sent in my request 2 hrs earlier at around 3 o'clock PST. When I called he very rudely stated that it was 6:00pm (MST) and too late to cancell my reservation, and no acceptions to no pets allowed, and he hung up on me. My daughter in CA read the Booking.Com also stated "Pet's Allowed" so she called the hotel. He told her the same thing. I suggest this be looked into, as I was charged for a room I couldn't stay at.
