First things first, I suggest the "Wyndham" brand should be removed from this property. Why? Because there is no way the minimum of "Wyndham" standatrs are met and/or achieved by this property, This property met our minimum standards but we will not return to this property.

The staff did their best to understand our needs and moved us to a lower floor without hesitation. The A/C worked very well and helped remove the musty smell in the room. The bed was comfortable and we slept well.

Facility had an odor that clung to my pjs even, so was also in the sheets. We were only there to sleep. Rest of time spent at basketball games. Breakfast was minimal. Cereal, bread for toast, mandarin orange, waffle if you chose to make one. No eggs or meat of any kind. Coffee or tea, milk for cereal.

There are three decent hotels in Warrensburg and Super 8 is number 4. The Super 8 is one new hotel being built from going out of business.

The price was reasonable for a guard weekend.

When we entered the room it was pretty humid and stale meaning it hadn't been used for a while and needed to have the air run for a while before it was comfortable.

There essentially was no breakfast - a waffle machine and bread. No other pastries. Some mushy apples. No coffee - said it would be an hour before they had any. The pool was green - looked like a great place to keep alligators. One end of the hallway, which was very hot, smelled like a slaughterhouse. Hair dryer came on but the on button didn't stay pushed so you had to try to blow dry your hair and hold the button at the same time.

The staff was OK and allowed early check in at noon, although she appeared to still be in her pajamas.

super 8 I am absolutely disgusted and disturbed with my stay at this location. I tried to call the customer care number and was hung up on. We were booked to stay April 11-13 and did not stay our last night because of what we encountered at this hotel. First off, I am missing 4 pieces of jewelry and I have absolutely looked everywhere for it, and I had it put away in a bag. I will be filing a police report about this, so I would appreciate an actual human to reach out to me instead of a robot. Now, let me tell you about the most disturbing thing I have ever seen. We got back to the hotel Saturday night, April 12th around 11pm and there was a grown man sitting in the stairwell passed out with bags of drugs and a needle in his arm. He was barefoot and shirtless and completely blocking the stairs so please imagine if a CHILD had to see this. The person I was with immediately went to the front desk to say something and all your employees could say is “yeah that is normal.” Are you KIDDING me???? We then go back down to grab some things out of the car around 12:30 and there is now another guy on the stairs with him doing drugs as well. That is absolutely pathetic and disgusting and overall just sad. Your employees would not refund us our money after we threatened to call the police to have these men removed because they did NOT have a room there. They were just homeless drug addicts your employees just let hangout there and do drugs. We did NOT stay Saturday we immediately packed our things and left because who would feel safe or comfortable after that?? I am livid and beyond upset with this situation. I want to be contacted immediately about this and I want my money back

The fact that I had family come see me and I was told that if I had anymore company that I couldn't come back and stay there again!!! And every 2 weeks was staying there. Now I stay at their competitors across the road!!! And they allow you to have guests!!!
