Easy to get to - good location

Elevator did not work - we were on on the 3rd floor - packed our luggage up the stairs and the keys they gave us did not unlock the doors - back down the stairs to get keys that would unlock the doors - back upstairs and the photo shows you the room #309 that they never cleaned from the day before back down stairs to show them the room that they had checked us into - they put us in another room but never apologized but did blame housekeeping for the mishap and never even went upstairs to verify or check the mess in the original room 309 - they put us in 312 which was clean and ready for occupancy - very unorganized situation

I had bugs in the room. Noisy in hallway.

The friendly staff very inviting and thoroughly clean.

The elevator was temporarily out of service

I like that they were flexible with the pool time. They replaced money if the vending machine ate it.

The elevator was down. I over a few rooms had bed bugs.

We loved how the staff treated us and let us check in early because we had a funeral to attend to. It wasn't noisy at all being that close to the freeway. It was very clean and comfortable. We are making this hotel our regular when we come to visit.

There wasn't anything we thought was wrong or that we didn't like.

Staff was exceptionally helpful.

The facilities were subpar, everything was dingy, the pool and elevator was out of order. The breakfast was bleak, bland, and sad really. Bed was super uncomfortable. Shower creaked like I was going to go through the floor. Leftover bathroom supplies from previous guest. To sum it up, it was a barely usable room and breakfast for the price I paid. Wyndham was once a reputable company name, the last 3 stays, in different hotels, have been atrocious.

The staff both checking in and out we're very friendly and helpful. Awesome customer service!

Dirty sheets (buggers- seriously!)…. I brought in my sleeping bag to use instead!, little 12” square pillows (?!),

The price was good. The room was clean and breakfast was included.

The room was well worn.

Didn't have the breakfast, but the area looked very clean and inviting. The beds were fine, but the a/c unit was a bit noisy and showing its age. The staff was friendly and check in/out very quick. We've stayed here several times before and have never had any problems.

The a/c unit is old.

The wood floor was not very clean. White socks black soles walking on flooring. The door to the room was extremely heavy when shutting.
