Power was out when we arrived so check in was interesting and rooms were hot. There were long term guests that were loud outside windows outside. Sliding window on first floor did not lock. Carpet was gross and we had stains on our bedding. Didnt use the tub/shower as it was peeling and looked very old and stained.

Location was easy to get to. There was lots of parking available. McDonalds immediately next door was convenient.

The air conditioning did not work (at least the fan blew air). The floor seemed unvacuumed. The walls were dirty. There was a ring of mold around the inside of the toilet. The faucet handle to the sink was not attached tightly at all and had to be held in place just to function. Items in breakfast that were emptied out from use were not soon replenished. The clerk did not welcome or even smile - we seemed to be an inconvenience to him.

The sheets seemed clean and breakfast was ready to go and on time. There is not much more positive that might be said. It was a convenient place to stay between Milwaukee and where we wanted to go. Someone got up to let us in although we arrived an hour later than anticipated due to heavy traffic in Chicago

The employee working the day of check in was short and somewhat rude in the phone. Did not say it was Super 8 when answering the phone, 3 times, just said can I help you or hello and seemed annoyed when I asked if it was the Super 8. Also hung up on me 3 times, not saying bye or even letting me finish my question 1 time. Called and left me a voicemail that they did not have my card in file and if they couldn’t get it they would have to cancel my reservation, I have always had to enter a card number to reserve a room on Booking.com app and never had a hotel or staff tell me that. Called me back asking when we would be there because we had not checked in by 730pm and barely let me finish explaining we were coming after finishing a softball game. When my husband and daughter checked in he was rude to my husband. When they got I. The room the head board fell off my daughter bed and almost hit her, my husband called the front desk and they came and instead of fixing it they just laid it to the side of the bed and said they would get it tomorrow. Thank God it didn’t happen while she was sleeping!!! Bathroom was tiny!!! There was no breakfast available.

Dirty!!! Breakfast area kept light off, did not want people in there. Wasn’t any choices to eat anything. Top of coffee pot had inch of dust which solidifies that you don’t want to eat breakfast here.

An expensive electric bike of mine was stolen at the property and they informed me they had no cameras outside to assist in its recovery. Scary idea in todays world to have no outside cameras.

Cost, free wifi, included breakfast. Staff worked with me to accommodate my current situation.

Very run down, shower handle was broke off and laying on the tub, no headboard on the beds, mattresses are just laying on top of a wooden 2x4 frame. I Breakfast very disappointing. I would not stay there again.

The property is in need of repair/update. The air conditioner would only operate at one speed no matter the setting it was set to and could not keep up with the heat.

I did not request a quiet room. I requested a first floor room for a handicapped person. The faucet was broken, there were holes in the walls, no hot water.
