The bathroom walls were spotted with dirty spots, the shower wall at the top was very dirty and found bar of soap that had been there a while. The Chair in the room needs replaced as it is worn and tattered and peeled off on who ever set in it and black flakes were all over the room. Housekeeping, needs to knock louder instead of just walking in and interrupting our privacy. the door hanger was on the outside of the door.

Nice and quiet. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The waffles at breakfast tasted like the batter had soured, and the eggs appeared to have been sitting out for a while. There were no towels in the pool area as there are in most hotels.

The location was easy to find and not out of the way. The room was clean and I LOVED that there wasn't carpet in the room! The pool and room were clean.

We had to pay a deposit and did not like that!

First room we were assigned, the A/C was broken and didn’t work. We did NOT like having to pay $100 upfront deposit. Other hotels do not charge this fee. We got our deposit back, but will think hard before staying at this hotel chain again!

The lady at front desk was questioning my daughter who lives in Searcy and suggested the Hotel we were there because my son died and she was helping me unload she wanted to know are you a guest and was she staying in the room I had checked into and she wasn't staying she was there to assist me

That it was convenient for the time I checked in it was spur of the moment trip

Our remote was messed up, we told the worker (Arie - sp?) and she came and acted like it worked, that we just had to type in the channel number instead of being able to use the guide to actually show what was playing. It barely worked-We had to stand at the end of the bed to use it which was very inconvenient. Also, breakfast is waffles, cereal, yogurt, bread, jelly and a jar of peanut butter. Very lacking. I at least expected muffins and bagels.

It was clean. I'd stay again, because it did have an indoor pool and it was cheaper than the other options with an indoor pool. We stayed 5 nights.

There were ants all over the table , and eventually on the bed by the table . We were told there was nothing they could do . When we checked out, we were harassed over the remote to the TV. The owner kept calling and calling . Told us to come find it . Very unprofessional.

Location needs to be upgraded a bit and cleaned better. It could use a good smelling odor control in the rooms. It had a weird smell.

The exhaust fan was making a very loud noise. The rooms really need to be updated and painted. The swimming pool was filled with bugs and the water was way to cold to swim. Not to much of a breakfast verity at all.

The beds was very comfortable. Staff was really nice and friendly. Staff was really helpful when we had to get an extra room at the last minute.

An outlet near the desk to plug in the coffee pot or a computer. Had to plug the coffee pot on the bedside table to have an outlet.

Location was fine. Close to Harding University The breakfast was sparce, but the facility is under renovation so there was not many people staying there.

I understand they are remodeling but they have building material stacked everywhere inside and out. Dust was bad and we had cracks in our walls in our room. Carpets were dirty and there was a bathroom sink laying in the landscape by the front entrance. As bad as the motel was they asked for a $100.00 damage deposit. We had only one bath towel for 2 people and no coffee cups. The plug in in our room sparked when I plugged in my computer. We wont be staying there again.
