Our wash cloth and towel had stains on them. We didn't have any soap, one lamp had a melted bulb in it so it didn't work. It was dark in the swimming pool only 1 light worked out of 6. There were no towels in the swimming pool. They stopped serving breakfast at 9 o'clock. Don't want to get up early on a leisure trip.

Did not like the overpowering air freshener smell when we went in. Seemed like they were covering up smoking. Also did not like the blanket and bedspreads on the bed that I couldn’t tell if they were clean or dirty. Made me very uncomfortable all night. The floor looked clean, but made my feet dirty after walking around. Finally, the breakfast was a joke. A little cereal, no fruit and a little bit of juice and milk. We went to a gas station for coffee and a snack.

I liked that everything seemed to be updated in modernized. New flooring, new nightstands new lighting. The young lady that checked us in was very pleasant.

The shower took forever to get hot. I had to contact staff to clean the toilet. Room had a musky smell.

Bed had a dip in the middle, only one trash can, towels didn't look clean so we didn't even shower, no coffee maker in the room.

Not very clean. Curtains looked like someone blew their nose on them. Hole in the beadspread. Breakfast was a joke. Dry cereal ,toast, waffles and oatmeal. Really pretty bad.

This motel could be updated. The bed was a bit soft and the room smelled musty. The stairs were dirty but were soon cleaned. The price seemed a bit high. There is a laundry facility. The breakfast was adequate. They do accept pets at a fee. The rooms were quiet and had good water pressure.

Room was smaller than expected for two queen beds. The sheets on the beds and the towels looked dingy/stained. The fridge didn’t work in the first room we stayed in. When we got moved to a different room, the beds literally had thin sheets that served as “blankets” which was disappointing.

Breakfast was basic. Waffle maker didn’t work. Did however like that all the basic stores like Walmart were in close proximity to the hotel.

Did not actually eat at the Buffet. There was only 2-3 tables that were for 4 people only. We had 6 people. The Balloon Fest that we were there to go to opened at 5:30am, the buffet did not open until 6:00am. The bed sheets were dirty and stained. The curtains did not close all the way, we were on ground level so people walking by could easily see in the windows. There was other guests that were ahead of us that were also complaining about several things. People behind the counter said they could not handle complaints. So the people before us in addition to us asked for a phone number for the main Administration Offices were we could call, we were told there was not a telephone number for anyone to call. Nonsense!

The motel location was good. Easy to find. Easily found from the highway. The employees were excellent and extremely helpful both on the phone making reservations and behind the check-in counter.

My hair dryer didn't work. Couldn't find any staff to help. Obvious dirty spots on the comforter. Things felt sticky. They didn't try very hard to get things clean.
