United StatesThe room smelled, the carpet was disgusting, and the bathroom floor was sticky. And when we got back to the hotel after our event, there was no place to park. There was utility vehicles taking up alot of the spots. Had to park way out front, and walk to the back of the building to get to our room.
The location was great for what we needed.

United StatesThe very noisy people next door. We called down to the desk to complain and they called the room so the TV sound went down for about 5 minutes then it was turned it up again. We called the desk again, the desk clerk went to the room and they turned down the TV for about 5 minutes then they turned it up again. We went down to the front desk and complained and they went up to the room and told them to turn the TV down again. They turned it down and 5 minutes later they turned it up again. The noise lasted until 1am. The hotel was booked so we couldn't change rooms.

United StatesIt wasn't thoroughly cleaned and had dirty corners and floor edges. Hair, dirt, general debris. Was almost out of toilet paper and they didn't refill it. Ended up running out. The A/C was a bit touchy and didn't always keep the room at temperature. Had to keep turning it down more at night. The light was on the far side of the room's wall and turned off at the light. The switch was by the door to turn it on and was already on. So I had to walk in a dark room and find the light when I got to my room. Then they did the same thing and left it dark again when they serviced the room.
Was fairly comfortable. Close to where I wanted to be. I would stay there again if my needs were the same but would pick a nicer place if traveling with others.

United StatesI requested a ground level room due to a knee injury. At check-in we were told they only have a room on the 3rd level available and no elevator. We were able to use another entry door but it was only on the 2nd level, so still a lot of stairs. There was no communication before our check-in that they could not accommodate us. I could have changed our travel plans, instead I had to put up with stairs and aggravate my injury. When we checked out there was nobody at the front desk. I picked up the phone and requested a checkout, I was told to just leave the key at the desk. I asked for a receipt and was told it would be send via email, I'm still waiting on that.
The location worked great for our travel plans. The rooms are acceptable.

United StatesThere were a lot of stains on the carpets which isn’t a big deal but gives a grungy appearance, the toilet seat probably could stand to be replaced as it was marked up and I didn’t really want to sit on it because it looked grungy and kind of gross. there were also yellow “water” droplets… on the seat when we got there too. Sheets were fine but top blanket had an orange stain and one of the pillow cases was stained. Not the end of the world but just gave a not so clean feel. We were tired and just needed to take a nap so we could continue driving or else we would have said something but we just pushed the stuff to the side and slept with the cleaner feeling stuff
We just stayed long enough to rest before heading on our way. Staff seemed nice enough
