The facilities seem a bit dated. The property could use a update. Also the bed covers had multiple cigarette burns even though I was in a non smoking room.

I liked the location was right by the highway so easy access. The staff was friendly. The free breakfast was money saving and good.

Room was never cleaned even though we stayed 4 nights and told front office about it every day. Breakfast was very meager and we had to request more food to be put out every morning. Only hot food was waffles. Juice machine was broken. Lighting above sink was not very bright.

Bed was comfortable. Staff very friendly. Convenient location. Liked having a glass door for the shower.

It didn't feel super clean. The carpet in the room felt sort of wet and left my feet dirty. The ironing board was sticky. The guest laundry facility was kind of pricy. The ice machines near our room didn't work. The booking description said they had a fitness facility but they did not have one. We decided not to stay the night, but we appreciated having a place to rest for the afternoon prior to our concert

Conveniently located to the venue (Nationwide Arena). Allowed us an early check-in. Within walking distance to a great restaurant (Peggy's). The staff was friendly. And everyone was busy working, even management was outside sealing cracks in the parking lot and cleaning .The water pressure in the shower was great. The AC was cold!

The guests were noisy. First room was one where guest had smoked I was moved to another room 107 which was better. Chairs were stained and dirty. Lamp shades were dirty and not secured. The desk/table was broken. The fitted sheets had holds.

I made it through the night. The bed was comfortable. The staff were pleasant.

I booked a non smoking room and got a room that had a high smoking scent on the first night, I could barely sleep. I had to wait until next day to get a better room that didn't smell as bad.

A low cost secure, safe, serviceable hotel. Although dated, location is well maintained and clean, with full time, on site, staff. Nice breakfast for a low cost hotel. Buildings and parking lots are fenced in, lots of security cameras. Allows only registered guests, no visitors, no parking for non registered guests.

Understandably there was a security deposit required of $300. I recently stayed in Vegas in a swankier hotel and deposit was only $250 . What I have a problem with is that that hotel returned my deposit in 3 to 5 days yet your establishment retains my deposit for 14 days, seems very unnecessary.

The site was satisfactory in terms of price, cleanliness and comfort. I got what I paid for.

Could have been a little bit more cleaner. There were two hand towels hanging up that looked dirty and used and some hair and looked like drop of blood on the cleanex box. Sheets and pillows looked clean.

Carpet dirty blanket was wet would not come to room to see why ie ceiling leaking would not even bring a new dry comforter thank goodness we had two beds even though I was brushing my teeth and had to use restroom sink flooded water everywhere we got it up

Wish there was more fruit. The yogurt was not good. Just sparse all around. And an employee was complaining about Covid vaccination requirements during the breakfast hour. It was all just… meh.

Waffles were good, but that was the only hot component. It seemed like they didn’t have fresh fruit until I found an apple and two clementines in the bottom of a bowl.
