There was nothing saying that the swimming pool was closed on the website for renovation. So I had my grandkids, and they were pretty disappointed.

I did not like the fact that there was only a center staircase upstairs to our room I feel like there would have been better if we could have gone a staircase closer to our room instead of everybody having to go down one the amount of time that I watched the cleaning lady go in and out of rooms to clean doesn't equal the cleanliness that our room was and in my opinion perhaps it's time to either teach her how to properly clean or hire somebody else because I ended up cleaning before we could touch things because there were just disgusting blobs everywhere and the smell of marijuana in the room when we open the door I was disappointed that we had to keep calling and having somebody from the desk come up because the TV would not work it kept disconnecting itself to the point where we just kept it on to prevent it from happening and considering the fact that it was above 95° out I understand the policy was that they were to open the pool on May 30th but the fact of the matter is it was well above average temperatures they were willing to purport the effort to open the pole just to have the corporation say it's against policy you need to shut it down making it very inconvenient for all the guests

The management was amazing they were welcoming available down to earth they just made you feel like you were visiting family instead of Hotel

The tv remote didn't work, the outlets didn't work, The room seemed to be falling apart as the base trim was peeling off the walls.

I liked that 6 of us could all be in one room in a beds. The gentleman that checked us in helped us in our room and was very friendly.

the sheets had visible blood stains. weren't enough towels/washrags. the complementary soap in the shower made us all itch.

The continental breakfast was just cereal , milk, orange juice and coffee. The room was not cleaned prior to arrival ( the floor left the bottom of our feet BLACK). I saw a roach near the front door . The biggest thing was when I booked I requested connecting rooms. I received a response ,” we will do the best to accommodate your request.” When we arrive I found out they do not have connecting rooms at all but I booked two rooms for 1 week . I could not find anywhere else to stay so last minute so I sucked it up.
