Good location, excellent price

Pool temperature was pretty cold, our room microwave worked sporadically

Not much. At least it was a bed

The door did not lock. The guy at the counter had to come and open the room for us. Once inside the door still did not lock. The chain barely held. There were several cobwebs in the corner of the room that had been there for quite some time. The floor/ carpet was dirty, visible dirt on floor.

The room was clean and confortable. Clean sheet and towel (a lot of them in the room), no stain. The A/C was working really great too. The staff was available even if they were not able to fix the issus with the room.

Microwave and mini fridg did not work. The pool was not clean either.. greenish water. We did not use it... did not want to take the risk and was disgusting

The hotel is clean and the location is perfect if you want to stay just next to the lake beach.

I was a bit disappointed with my stay because we found the swimming pool closed, even though it was listed as open at the time of booking. I have a 7-year-old daughter, and you can imagine her disappointment. The breakfast is very basic, and the front desk staff was not very welcoming – no smile or courtesy

Terrible service. Not enough staff and they do not pick up the phones.

sketchy people at all hours in the parking lot, ice machine did not work, tears in the carpet, clock in lobby had wrong time and date

Well if you want cheap, this is it. I was looking to save some money and I now know what to expect. Room was clean! Old and outdated.doesnt look like any updates have been done for 40 years. Internet was intermittent.

Honestly, I've stayed in a lot of places and this beat the Florida Roach Motel for the worst place yet.

Started out with the card key not working on the room, the manager tried the master key and that also wouldn't work on the room, got me a new room and when I opened the door I was hit with a wave of heat, and this was at 11 p.m.! I walked over and turned on the a.c only to find a nice surprise of dead bugs on the window sill, I had to exit the room due to how hot it was, it took a full hour before I could be in the room without sweating just from sitting there, it was still to hot to sleep even with the use of my fan I brought, I ended up having to sleep with damp towels on me and the fan blowing on me to make it so I wouldn't sweat from the heat in that room. I was traveling in the process of helping my grandfather move and wanted to pay for the convenience of a cool and good nights rest before making the rest of my trip. This is not the place for that, I paid what I consider a good amount of money for the convenience of having a cool room and a comfortable bed, and I would have been better off sleeping in my car!

Breakfast until 9am. Bad WiFi connection. Pool water super cold.

The room was great. It has a refrigerator, microwave, and a small stove. It has a lot of lamps and an air conditioner. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome.

All rooms have an opening in the corridor only, and parking is too far when you have stuff since the parking is at the back, while the hotel has only one entrance.

The only thing appealing about this property is the price. And the proximity to Stewart's, if you're that sort.

It smelled stale. It was outdated and poorly maintained. It wasn't terribly dirty, but I found hair in the sink and the bed. The sink drained slow and the toilet barely flushed.
