Microwave and mini fridg did not work. The pool was not clean either.. greenish water. We did not use it... did not want to take the risk and was disgusting

The room was clean and confortable. Clean sheet and towel (a lot of them in the room), no stain. The A/C was working really great too. The staff was available even if they were not able to fix the issus with the room.

I was a bit disappointed with my stay because we found the swimming pool closed, even though it was listed as open at the time of booking. I have a 7-year-old daughter, and you can imagine her disappointment. The breakfast is very basic, and the front desk staff was not very welcoming – no smile or courtesy

The hotel is clean and the location is perfect if you want to stay just next to the lake beach.

- the strong cooking smell in the corridor at night. - the wobbly/ broken toilet. - there were only 2 bath towels in the room even though I mentioned that we were 3 adults in my reservation. I had to go to the lobby to ask for one but I had to wait for a long time before getting it because there was only one employee at the reception with 8 clients waiting to check-in.

Very limited breakfast. The juice machine was out of order. No butter. No bread initially but then some more was brought. No defcaf coffee. Instead of individual jams etc there was a pot of jam and of peanut butter from which everyone helped themselves. This has the potential to spread illness. I relies on everyone following good hygiene. We also felt the staff should look clean and tidy.

Room doors do not lock - they were previously kicked in or breached with a device that has damaged frames.

Selected location for pool, was closed to replace heater, staff said it was posted on their website. No fitted sheets, sheet on bed barely covered the surface of the mattress. Breakfast was lacking, no eggs (boiled would be nice) , juice machine "broken" (or maybe they're too cheap to refill it) no fruit or muffins, but I guess if you like waffles they've got you covered, but the hours are crap, 6-9 is fine on weekdays but they should stretch that to 11 on weekends, especially considering they have nothing of value to offer.

There was mold in the bath tube and a loud motor of some type at night that started up outside my window about every couple of hours. I also had to pay a thirty five dollar fee for checking in early instead of just renting me a room for the extra day.

The management was great but the and the location with the town was good.

The room was in disrepair. There was no fitted sheet on the bed. The "queen room" is their way of misrepresenting the the bed size, which was a double. "breakfast" is awful coffee, toast, and waffles. No meat. No fruit. No eggs. The juice machine is out of order, but not temporarily. They printed a label for it long ago. When I asked if there was any fruit available, I was told, "This is Super 8." The WiFi is poor and you have to log in at least twice per day. The old magnetic strip entry cards are unreliable, at best.

The price was less than half of what I would spend anywhere else.
