My room was booked for a 2 queen beds and confirmed for 2 queen beds however that is not what you actually get you get a room with 2 full beds. There is a noticeable and more comfortable sleep between a full bed and a queen bed. So I don’t like how they lie and you book for one type of bed and get a different type of bed. It was not comfortable to sleep

There was nothing that I didn't like. However it can be confusing for some. The television power was tied into the light switch by the door. When I tried to turn the tv off I couldn't. I figured it out the next day.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. I was there for two days. They did not clean my room but I didn't ask either. I didn't need anything. They had a small breakfast that suited my needs. Waffles, cereal, and bagels to my recollection.

No elevator. Couldn't figure out the TV and 2 remotes. Unable to reach front desk by phone to request wake-up call, wi-fi password, and how to navigate TV. Limited breakfast options.

The manager was very, very nice. The location was ideal for why we were there. The hot water was actually hot, unlike some places we have stayed before. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioner worked. Unbothered by any outside noises. In fact, it stormed the night we stayed there, and we didn't hear a thing, except a little wind. It actually rained hard and hailed, and thundered, but we didn't hear any of that.

Pillows were very small and too soft. Light switching was confusing, because the one that turns on the light has to be left on in order to have the outlet for television to work. Learned the hard way and had to switch things around. No premium channels and the other channels were limited and did not have a good variety. Caulking at the bathtub floor filthy and should be replace. Room needing a repainting.

Water pressure was good. Hot water was hot and did not fluctuate. Quite location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Did not try the complimentary breakfast, just had coffee and yogurt. Big television.

Took a long time for someone to show up to check us in. Kept ringing a bell. We were leaving when someone showed up with food in his hand. The room smelled like furniture polish it was hard to sleep with the smell.

Breakfast. We have stayed here before. It is getting dirty. We noticed this stay that the carpet in our room was very dirty. Wife made the mistake of walking around in bare feet. Bottoms of her feet was extremely dirty. My socks were once white now are black on the bottom. Gross. Other people staying there were very loud. Smelled pot in the hallway, and someone was playing loud music. Went to the office to complain the person on duty didn't understand what I was saying.

Breakfast is not good. Stayed here before, and it is getting worse. Location is good.

outside of building needs lots of upkeep. carpet dirty. smelly room. needs lots of help. they are remodeling some. but it really needs it bad! sad sad shape. we left 1 day early..

bed was fine. the building is in a good location. the lobby was clean and nice. employees very nice. changed my room for me, so we didn't have to do stairs.

It was dirty. The bathroom had old food(?) in the drain. Tub had brown stains around non-stick stickers. Bathroom was dark because lightening old. Sheets had stains. Couldn't touch remote due to sticky stuff. Art work behind the bed had been ripped. Breakfast was interesting. Very dated. Not worth the cheaper price range.

Staff were kind and courteous. Price was 10 dollars cheaper than others in the area.

Walked into the hotel to check in and it smelled like marijuana. Definitely was not the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We never had room service come in the three days we stayed there. We had to personally ask to have our trash taken out due to eating take out in the hotel room. The tv had the “same four channels” to watch on Direct TV. There was a Netflix app, but you could use it, and you couldn’t cast your phone to the tv either. The breakfast was bad let’s just leave it at that.

I loved staying at this place!! It is such a convenient location, with everything I needed just a short walk or drive away, like McD, Walmart, and more. Quick checkin and friendly environment.
