There was no elevator, which was difficult for my boyfriend and I, we both walk with a cane. Walking up 3 flights of stairs with bags and a bad back was a challenge but the first floor rooms were sold out

The building and rooms are showing their age but this was not our overriding concern since we were just there for a shower and bed.

Room pricing was very affordable compared to other hotels in the area for the weekend we were staying. The building is showing its age but if you are looking for a clean room to sleep and shower, you can't beat this rate.

Our room had a foul smell, could have been a pet odor. We turned on the air conditioner and that helped a little. We left the air on and left for the day and when we returned the smell was still there. When the air conditioner cycled back on it helped a little.

We had a 1st floor room easy access from the parking lot.

We came in on motorcycles someone complained about our music literally pulled in and shut off, then we were outside talking not even loud but then go told to move because someone complained about that as well (not the facilities fault but it was 10 pm on a Saturday. There was dog was barking for hours…

Nice clean easy to find, dog issues was being worked on as fast as the front desk could.

The room was not vacuumed, the tub faucet leaked, the electricity was questionable on one side of the room, the extra refrigerator that did not work. I felt like we were in a storage room

Recent painting was completed without taping off the trim, so paint smears, drips everywhere. Breakfast was just cereal, yogurt, fruit, bread and mini waffles. Two occasional chairs and an ottoman were placed in the room where probably only one chair fits well. Seemed like it was shoved there as an afterthought.

Place looked run down, only 1 tiny bar of soap provided. Breakfast could use improvement The night we stayed, someone had left a pair of shoes in our room and the next day, while we were out, hotel staff allowed the owner of the shoes in our room without notifying us, VERY UNACCEPTABLE!! Would not recommend.

The overwhelming smell of food cooking. Lots of curry. Aesthetics from outside and inside terrible. Old dingy and worn out towels. Very small TV. Bathroom toilet had rust rings and didn't flush well. Bathtub was dingy and drain unusable for a bath. The smallest size soap and shampoo we've ever seen at a hotel. Unfriendly and hard to understand person at front desk. Parking lot was filthy with debris and last summer flowerpots. We were driving from Florida and booked last minute. We still payed $160 with pet fees.

couldn't take a bath because the stopper didn't work, hair dryer didn't work, breakfast only had waffles and cold cereal and one of the cereal containers were empty--where are the eggs, sausage, english muffins, etc? Also when I called to book the room the person flat out LIED and said there was only ONE room available, I hate LIARS with a passion and will NEVER to call and book a room again!!
