Off the freeway location!! Very convenient

Location

There was furniture in the hallway. It appeared as though some rooms were under repair. Our group of 8 had tv’s that didn’t work.

Not enough towels in room. When asking for more, they said they only had the small towel rugs for the shower.

The property was fine.

Our room had a sprung door on the frig cabinet and we told the front desk, but they didn’t seemed to be concerned.

Very Comfortable, clean room. Loved the Continental Breakfast. Waffles where yummy.

No elevator to the 2nd floor, and we had way too much luggage (it was way too hot to leave some stuff in our car).

No jacuzzi on premises, no microwave in room, there was a crack in one of the windows & it was super glued

The staff was friendly and helpful and everything was clean and comfortable

The only think j didn't like was that the location wasnt close to much besides gas stations other than that it was great!

I loved the view of the mountains and wheat Fields . I liked the chair and wish we had two. I was visiting family and had my cousin with me. Two chairs would be better. The closet is in a stupid spot.

I asked for extra towels but no room service and never got the extra towels . Not all the plug ins worked. Had to move the TV plug so I could use the coffee pot. I had a hard time with the tv. A channel guide would be helpful. Also some kind of directory for local food that is current. Denny's and Shari's is closed. The exit door on the North end of the building is not secure. It is broken. My room was 127. I don't mind animals but I do mind people outside my window being rude. We seemed to have a lot of traffic in the grass outside our room. People Smoking and dogs

All offerings were starchy (breads,cereals) limited fruit. No protein offerings (yogurt, egg or meat) Not necessarily good for a diabetic.

there was no anti slip bath mats available. This property is just opening itself to a law suit if someone slips. Staff stated that the tubs were anti slip so no bath mats were needed on property. Well, the tubs WERE slick. Breakfast offerings were bare minimum.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Holes in the walls, The furniture all had chunks missing off the wood, the swimming pool bottom was so slimy that I slipt getting in and got hurt.

Flooring uneven so I caught my toe a few times. Breakfast was difficult because the only thing everyone wanted was the waffle maker and it takes 2.5 min/waffle so that’s a lot of standing in line.

Pool warm and clean.

Continental Breakfast could use some work.

Everything was great

The door to outside did not lock and random rooms were open and homeless people were coming in and staying in rooms

Breakfast was better than expected. With all the prior advice about things being closed because of covid, I did not realize the pool was open or that we would have a large choice of breakfast items. It sounded like we would have only a continental breakfast. The breakfast attendant was exceptionally nice and friendly.

The desk attendant on check in was very cool and not particularly friendly.

Room was clean and in good condition

Breakfast only had one waffle maker and one toaster. That was it; coffee was ok

Our sink wouldn’t drain. We let the front desk know and was told someone would be up to take a look at it… no one ever did, so we went the entire weekend with no sink..

There was hair all over the bathroom floor and into the main room. Was very disgusting.
