Breakfast was awful! No hot food provided except waffles although equipment was present. Coffee machine and juice machine in lobby didn’t work. Out of coffee cups and plastic wares. Staff uses lobby as personal space. Beds were made maybe twice during a 10 day stay.

The toilet made a vibrating noise when it was flushed. (I did give a note to the maintenance man. If they don't know what's wrong, they can't fix it.) The hallways were warm. Obviously the A/C wasn't working. The hallway windows were open and there was a fan in the hallway to help cool. There could have been more choices for breakfast, but the waffles were good.

The bed was very comfortable. Great price. Clean room. The waffles for breakfast were good. Our room was missing the lamp for the night table??. After I called the front desk, the manager and maintenance man came up within just a few minutes to give us one.

Air conditioner was very loud but super cold air. No coffee maker in room, but there was plenty of coffee in the lobby.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Water pressure was excellent.

Seamed like front desk workers lived in hotel and treated lobby like their living room. Breakfast was close to non existent. And sucked. So you would not come back to it. Had to ask for new towels and take out our trash. Little to no maid service tell your gone.

Had to file dispute for extra charges that showed up on our credit card. Breakfast was barely available whether you got there at 7am or 8:30am. Was not being refilled or attended to. Eggs were stuck to the chafing pan, biscuits rock hard. Juice pitcher seemed to always be lukewarm or empty. AC units noisy to wake you during the night. Stained sheets and towels.

Just had renovations done - new beds, paint, lights.

“Super 8” charges showed up on our credit card 3 time while staying (not the room charge) Had to dispute. But staff did not know why. Blocked card because of it. While we are traveling. What a pain

The hotel could really use some repairs to the parking lot. The room would be okay as far as a decent bed, but the spread on the foot of the bed was riddled with cigarette burn holes. We took it off, only to find a thin blanket with a large yellow stain...it was totally gross. The chair was stained and dirty looking, could have just used a good cleaning. The blow dryer didn't work. The cups that come individually wrapped, were found on the cabinet. I went to open one and found the wrapping already opened and wet and had an extra cup put in it either by housekeeping or the last customer. On check out, nobody was at the front desk, just a young man playing on his phone and he just said to put my keys on the desk. He was sitting there at check in doing the same thing, playing on his phone. Lastly, it was only 8am and both coffee dispensers were bone dry! I mean, really... don't offer it if you can't fill it. I am not a picky person, and only needed a place to lay my head, but this stay was a total disappointment based solely on what the condition was of everything.

We checked out hours after we checked in. Got charged both nights for the room - I did book the place without seeing it and should have known better. Absolutely NOTHING was updated since the late 1960's in this place, maybe the flooring in the rooms. It reaked of cigarette smoke and lurked of danger around every corner of the place. We didn't like anything about this place

What a dump - wouldn't stay if they paid me - liked nothing about this place!
