The area was a little sketchy. I was fine, never bothered. Just have to be aware of your surroundings.

1. Without any notice, my room got cancelled. I secured my credit card on booking.com, but somehow it didn’t work? And the next thing I know is my reservation is cancelled. But luckily they will have room when I arrived, so I got another room. 2. The room smells cigarette. It smells really bad. My clothes and bag now smell awful too. 3. There were at least 5 flys in my room, very disgusting and annoying. On the second day, there was a dead small cockroach in my bathtub. 4. The AC somehow isn’t working properly on the last day of my stay; it worked fine on the first 3 days. 5 . When I went to the desk to check out, the staff didn’t even want to get up. Not very good service.

Well, to be fair, the price is not bad. This is why I rated a 5 instead of 4.

I didn’t like the fact that the refrigerator only had three legs and if he wasn’t careful, they wanted to fall out the hole checking in is a humid night soon as it gets dark I put your vestibule a small closed vestibule, no air, no circulation and it is like an oven by the time you get done filling that little bit of paperwork, you are dripping sweat I gotta do no place to park my pick up in my trailer where I had to park and end up with a big sticker on my windshield threaten to have it towed there’s homeless people all over the place and never slow down. They always walk in. They’re always looking in the middle end up just laying down anywhere and sleeping and you gotta step over him to get to your room. The shower had no water pressure the good breakfast. I had a waffle maker cereal, and toast. That’s it. One side of the building smelled like urine. I caught somebody breaking into my truck. You know let’s just off the top of my head.

About the only thing I like about the property is that it has fast food across the street a 7-Eleven a brand new one basically in the same parking lot almost and take this good or bad. They have a security and a police presence pretty constant.

Sketchiest place I have stayed yet. I have compassion for homeless people and homelessness in general but this was bad. It was complicated by shadowy type characters that you would catch a glimpse of as they leaned around the corner to watch you. It constantly felt like I was being stalked and measured. I felt the need to unload everything, every single thing, from my car right down to the half pack of gum on the dash to stay the night. Then pile the heavy stuff up against the door of the room.

Good price, staff were very nice and accommodating to me.

Room was kind of shabby. Fridge was rusty with pealing paint. Holes in the blankets. Furniture was falling apart. Place is in need of updating and remodeling.

The smell in the room was nasty. The heat and air took a long time to work and there were homeless camped out on the steps going up to the 2nd floor
