The pillows where flat as can be. There was only 3 pillows on the king size bed but you needed 2 pillows for your head.

Considering our check-in time was 3pm, there were issues with Super 8 from the beginning. Examples: 1) Elevator out of order paper sign on door. Pointed in the direction of the stairs (we are on the 2nd floor). 2) Exterior room door key card did not work and the indicator light did not work either. Had to make 2 trips downstairs and on the second trip it was determined the batteries in the door lock needed replacement. )3) Key card to interior bedroom did not work. Had to get another one. 4) Toilet would not flush properly; chain to the toilet tank flapper was disconnected we fixed that ourselves. 5) Light in bathroom was burned out and needed to be replaced. 6) Breakfast was biscuits and gravy and eggs....other light breakfast items to be sure but there was no spray for the waffle iron. You need that if you want your waffle to come out in one piece.; . I personally feel that we should have been informed of the elevator issue. My wife and I are in our 60s and our son has had a serious medical issue which he has recovered from but a flight of stairs is a bit of a challenge. The problems with door keys would have been discovered prior to our arrival and we shouldn't have had to make trips downstairs to get the issue rectified .They did not offer to move us to another room either.

We have stayed here on previous occasions it is conveniently located near everything we come to the Odessa/Midland area to do. Very quiet and comfortable.

Elevator was broken. King bed had a big dip in it from where people have slept on it over the years. Toilet leaked from the base and there was water all over the floor. Breakfast was bland. :/

Room was a good location on end by stairs. The door to the adjoining room had a hole in the door so we plugged it with tissue. I booked a king and queen bed but only got a king. Elevators were not operable. The sink in the bathroom is slow draining. I was pleasantly surprised by the cordial front desk clerk.

Breakfast was average. Biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs. Oatmeal but no bacon, sausage.

A few dumbbells in the fitness room would have been nice,

I the size of the room and the fact that there was a microwave and refrigerator there. I did not use the pool but it was a nice option. The breakfast was a small buffet arrangement that was pleasant. The staff was friendly.

We were disturbed with other guests because there was a shooting at the time of or stay it wasn't far from our room we were uncomfortable the whole night but the staff was wonderful on keeping us informed I'm pretty sure if it wasn't for that incident we would have had a wonderful time

Breakfast was a total miss. The juice machine was out of order, they had no yogurt ( refrigerated ) was totally empty. Toaster didn’t heat very good and 1 side was broken.

Room was stuffy. Air unit barely put out. Needed a fan.

Room was comfortable, TV was good, smoking rooms are hard to find, excellent breakfast. Everything was nice. will stay again when visiting kids.

The hot tub didn't work properly. Just poor maintenance on their part. Also would have liked to see better choices of creamer for coffee and sugar and packets instead of being able to pour it.

The staff was, room was very clean. Stay two nights. Housekeeping came through in the morning. Asked if we needed anything refreshed.
