We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesNo help to be had when a health issue came up the 1st morning. Had to leave and go home without using the 2nd night. (Keep in mind we left early for home in the am) No refund for the 2nd night cause of booking in an app, but the app customer service said it was up to the hotel. Hotel said it was up to the app.....so who is responsible for refunding? We will never know and I'll never have my refund. So excuse me while I bend over and take it from the hotel and the app at once

United StatesWe didn't stay because one of the two rooms that I had reserved was sold out from under me. In other words, they gave the room to someone else and had no other rooms available. My adult son and daughter, along with myself, were unwilling to share a single room so we made reservations in Rochester that were more expensive (thanks Super 8). Needless to say, I am watching my credit card to ensure that no charges from the Super 8 in New Hampton show up on my statement. If they do, I will contest them.
