There was a joint on our window seal when we got to our room there was a bong in another window when we first got there and drug use going on in the parking lot

Check in was a nightmare, partly due to a problem with a reservation made through booking.com and compounded by the front desk computer continuously freezing up. Only one bath towel in the room - had to go to the front desk and request a second. Hairdryer didn't work Room was clean, but dingy. A fresh coat of paint would do wonders.

The TV and remote never worked right, although I called the front desk to report it. The Wi-Fi Internet was extremely weak, almost non-existent and required logging back in numerous times. The breakfast was never stocked. If you asked the staff to stock it, they put the minimum amount out, which was quickly eaten, and they would have to be asked to restock again. The water pressure was poor. The water from the drink dispenser at breakfast was broken and sprayed everywhere.

It had 2 queen beds, a fridge, microwave, shower, toilet, as advertised.

Our first room stank badly. The staff luckily were able to switch us to a new room. Breakfast was included, but was minimal (no fruit or yogurt, just toast, toaster waffles, cereal, packaged muffins).

I could not get any connection to the WiFi in my room unless I stood very close to the door.

I misplaced my wallet. Brought out a flashlight and found ear bud, pajama bottoms, spay deodorant, 7-8 bottle caps, plastic garbage and i has not been under beds in a while.

It all that needs updating. They have hairdryers from the 60s mounted on the walls. Ours did not work. The sheets were clean but definitely needed to be replaced. They have breakfast. There are frozen waffles or waffles you can make on a waffle iron. They also have cereal, packets of oatmeal, some fruit, poundcake and blueberry muffins. No meat or eggs, but that was not surprising. Unfortunately, they didn’t have anybody assigned to replenishing. I went in at 7:30 AM and the coffee was already empty and nobody had refilled it by the time I left at 8:30. There was good coffee in the lobby, however. 

The location was great. The price was good however, it was still a lot to pay for what you got. That being said, I would have no hesitation staying there again. We checked in late, and our TV was not working. Even though it was after 9 o’clock they had two guys up within 10 minutes to fix it, which they did.

The townies who live around here aren’t the upstanding people but they kept to themselves for the most part. The view of the ocean was nice. It’s a budget hotel hahaha not sure what all I expected but definitely for them to have what they offered online and what was said I would get in the email. Probably won’t stay here again unless it’s the only hotel I can get in the town…

The property could use some repairs. Holes in a few walls, broken juice machine in the breakfast lobby. A bit run down. We also did not receive any room cleaning/keeping during our 4 day stay. We are clean people so we didn’t necessarily need our room cleaned but it was odd that it never happened or was offered.

The staff were great and kind! There was a hot day and the staff provided us with a fan (no AC in the building) that was kind! Also a great location. Easy to get to the airport, a few restaurants, and the free city bus stop is right out front!

The property is in need of some renovating. It definitely needed a new toilet seat. The breakfast was very limited.

The whole place has kind of a run down vibe but worse, it has a weird smell, I think from the cleaning products they use. You get used to it but it's kind of off-putting. Also smelled weed a lot in the hallways and emanating from rooms despite many signs posted saying not to smoke on the premises.

Location is great, right next to the bus stop on the Silver, Green and Free Shuttle lines. Walkable to downtown area but easier to take the3 free shuttle bus which goes every 20 minutes. Also right next door to the Safeway so easy to get groceries. Good for longer stays.

Breakfast not good. Don't count on eating the breakfast there. Cheaper hotel and it has a cheaper feel to it.

Good location next to supermarket. Also located inbetween airport/ferry terminal and downtown area. Easy walking distance to both areas. Free voucher for taxi to get to airport. Cheap compared to other places.

I have come to this hotel for years. It used to be decent at first but then it took a nose dive. I decided to give them another try and I was pleasantly surprised at the nice improvements. In particular, I was impressed with the manager, he was very accommodating to our needs. We had a nice night and the room was clean and comfortable. There's always room for improvement but for now we are pleased that they are moving on the right direction

The breakfast door was not open on time my last stay. It's a great continental, but if we can't get our coffee/tea/juice at 7am when we are ready, it will annoy some. I just went across the parking lot and got coffee at McDonalds, but should not have to. I didn't complain to anyone, but someone else might have.

The views from the corner room overlooking the water were amazing! The cross breeze made the room comfortable during the warmer weather during that time. I was able to check in early, even though I waiting for the room a little bit, and they had a secure room to keep my luggage while I enjoyed a walk along the downtown area. This location is next to a grocery store (Safeway) that is attached to a small shopping mall as well as a Taco Time and McDonalds. This location has an amazing continental breakfast as well. I'll be booking all my Ketchikan stays here!

The breakfast was just your normal cheap hotel breakfast (waffles, cereal, toast, coffee, etc) but it was nice to have. The best part was the people, especially Raj, who were very helpful and kind. We stopped there to regroup in between camping trips, and it was just what we needed. The room was clean and comfy. Not a fancy hotel, but no one expected or wanted that.

Where do I start? The bedroom was moldy along with the bathroom, bathtub, walls and the rusty towel rack in the bathroom. I couldn't bathe as it was too moldy to feel physically safe! The room was extremely stuffy and hot but when we asked for a fan the only fan the establishment had was being used by the staff who gave it to us to use. An act of kindness we appreciated. The security for the window in our room was a strip of wood wedged into the windows track. There was also no screen. The surrounding area is not safe enough to keep the window open to air out the room The lamp shade on the lamp was also,moldy and torn. Also the smell in the room was terrible, either smoke or from the mold. We asked for an extra pillow and towels 3X and the last time we went to the front desk and the gentleman said he was "off duty".There was nobody else to help. Just an FYI when I wanted to rinse off my feet I had to ask maintenance to turn the knob as it seemed broken. The gentleman came & showed me how to use a towel to get enough leverage to turn. For Wyndam this place was a shambles and in my experience unbelievable their name is on it!
