There is a lingering smell in the room. Can't really describe it, but it gets stronger as the outside temperature rises. It seems like it's coming from the air conditioner.

Room smelled like smoke and no housekeeping services. We took our trash to the front desk and had to ask for towels and towels to mopped the floor by the door due to the rain coming in. A gap was at the bottom of the door you could see daylight from.

When I went to check into the facility I stood at the desk for about two or three minutes for the clerk to take care of me. Finally, she arrived. She was outside in a pickup truck talking to the guy in the pickup. After she checked me in she returned to the pickup and continued the conversation. Not very professional in my opinion.

Doors facing western sun were painted BLACK. They absorbed much heat and were too uncomfortable to touch. Suggest white paint next time.

We couldn’t use the bathroom sink. The stopper was stuck close and couldn’t even be pried out. A bit of an inconvenience with nothing done about it. Also says breakfast included. If coffee and a great value breakfast bar are your idea of breakfast, then you are going to be good!

It’s Clean and neat and well taken care of and the staff was very friendly.

No breakfast, even tho it state’s breakfast included. I could’ve chosen a hotel that either offered breakfast or was lower cost due to not offering breakfast.

I loved everything about it except, I chose it because of the breakfast, however they did NOT offer breakfast but was told we could get a discount if we wanted to eat at Waffle House. I chose this hotel based on having breakfast. Everything else was great! Staff was great, David the concierge was amazing! Only disappointed in the breakfast.

Breakfast was not good, The only beverage was coffee, it was not good. The only food given was one fun-size granola bar. The selection in the snack vending machine was poor. The swim pool was not open.

They are remodeling and that was ok but they did not tell us that when we reserved. And the carpet in the room was filthy and it smelled like smoke even though we had a non-smoking room. The smoke smell was even stronger in the hallway. The pool was closed and we did not know that when we made our reservation.

We could not get the cable on. The manager did come up and got the TV working for us. They didn't have breakfast but they did give us a 10 precent discount at Waffle House.

I didn’t like that the room I had booked wasn’t available because it flooded. I also didn’t like that I got the impression that staff was used to that. i REALLY don’t like that the room stunk and carpets were sticky. it otherwise appeared clean except for a hair in the sink

It was the poorest breakfast that i have ever seen. Offerings were: Generic bread to make toast, a fruit cup, granola bar, a small tub of cereal, juice (the machine was not working properly and the juice was watered down), and a machine that would make you two pancakes.
