I had booked a king size bed and was put in a room with two queens didn't have enough towels had to go find somebody to get them and there was a big glob of nasty hair on my bathroom floor so yeah I wasn't very happy, and it was quite obvious I was in a dog friendly room

The trailer park beside the hotel gave me concern for the security for me and of my motorcycle. The outside entrance did not lock.

Lewiston was a good location to stop for the night, the Super 8 did not seem to be a good part of town. Eating places weren’t convenient to the hotel.

The walls were paper thin and I could hear loud guests in the rooms next to me as well as in the corridor for the entire night as well as vacuuming in the morning. Moreover, housekeeping tried to barge in early in the morning with no morning thinking it was another room and banged the door hard on the metal clasp that held it shut creating a startling noise at 10am.

The room was spacious with a large bed and the price was okay for the area.

One thing to be aware of - they charge for accidentals (equal to one night's stay) and refund only after a week. This might quickly become an issue for travelers on a budget. The common use areas might be quite noisy, next time I would ask for a quieter section. Although the property claims to be smoke-free, second floor corridor had a strong odor of weed (fortunately, it didn't affect our room).

We stayed at this motel for a single night, and it met requirements quite well. The room appeared to have been recently renovated and was quite modern. They offer a basic breakfast area, but please note that it is only open until 9 AM.

Lack of communication after four attempts to get an invoice. Overcharged $50 and there is no way to get the money returned. Your booking site is awful and I will let people know to never utilize booking.com

Everything the hotel itself is in a very bad area and it reeked our room smelled awful to the point where we had to go out and buy a air freshener to try and help with the smell. The floors were dirty. Our feet were black from walking on it, and there was blood on my sheets.

We were pleasantly surprised after reading all of the reviews. It was clean, refreshed, recently renovated. It was reasonably ably priced with easy access to the highway. It met our expectations of what we like in a super 8- clean, simple with breakfast.

We arrived in a gooseneck trailer bc they assured us there was parking. They were very helpful in the tight quarters, even coming out and setting up orange cones! We really appreciated their kindness! The beds were comfy and the breakfast sufficient.

The fact that there was dirt in every corner of the bathroom, there was something stuck to the toilet and I touched it! The do not disturb sign was crusted with something. The floors had dirt all over them. Just over all awful. An the front desk guy didn’t even speak English well so I had to keep having him repeat it and that made him mad.

We had no hot water, which is mentioned to the guy at the front desk and he ignore it and never came to look. Guests were loud you could hear everything through the walls, breakfast was stale and the coffee machine didn't work unless rigged. The AC/heat unit was duct taped together and we didn't trust using it. The outside area was covered in cigarettes.

The only thing good was the location of the hotel to where we were going.

Most of the room was broken or very dirty. We didn’t end up staying because there was a well we will say pest found sitting on the bathroom floor . We got out of there fast . Was hoping for a relaxing place to flop for the night whereas my father in law was in the hospital , critical surgery but we ended up driving the three hours . Wish the quality of the hotel matched even somewhat to the staff .

The cleaning lady's attitude and the way she handles situations

I really liked that the staff or cleaning person didn't try to just come into the room and respected our personal boundaries but the cleaning lady was a little bit absurd and q little snotty at times and short tempered as well..
