United StatesBreakfast choices weren’t good. Frozen waffles that were gritty, fruit, cereal, toast or bagels. Nothing appetizing. Halls and stairs were not vacuumed once in the several days we were there. Not one hand towel or one cup in our room.

United StatesRequested Ground floor view of parking lot so we could keep an eye on our vehicle at time of booking. Checked in around 4:30. We were advised that the only room that was available was a 3rd floor, no elevator, and on the opposite side side. I explained I had broken my hip and femur in November, and that stairs were hard still. Didn't make a difference. 😔 Then she said the only rooms with 2 beds are on that side, which, unless they have remodeled in the past year, is not true. We have stayed there before in a Ground floor, 2 Beds , facing the parking lot. I felt she wasn't being truthful. Plus the price was a few dollars higher than my confirmed price. By that time, I was just thinking, "WHATEVER " . 😫

United Statesthe room had a very unpleasant odor, we had to ask for more than one bath towel and one washcloth, there were no tissues or water glasses, and the overhead light in the bathroom was out. Overall, the room was not clean and the entire property seemed to need routine cleaning and maintenance.
Very poor-there was a meager selection, no napkins and the trash container was overflowing.

United States1. All tv channels had snowy reception. Front desk told me that was true for everyone and they were working on it. When I checked out tv reception still hadn't been fixed. 2. Hallways looked shabby -needed to be vacuumed. 3. No "Do Not Disturb" sign in my room. Maid service knocked twice on my door before 11 am. Woke me up the first time. 4. Ice machine wasn't working in the morning. I assume some of these issues may be due to staff shortage. However, it is attention to details like this that brings customers back. I won't be returning to this particular location. Thanks.

United StatesThis was the filthiest place I’ve ever stayed at! The carpets and stairs looked as if they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The bedding reeked of cigarette smoke, although no smoking is allowed, and bad enough to keep me awake all night. The toilet handle was broken, the floors dirty, the bathroom towels were stained so badly I wondered if they had been washed!

United StatesThe downstairs room needs major upgrades, the air conditioning is very old and it had dust and smelled like mold. I wasn't able to use it. The next day I requested for another room and was given a much better one on the third floor. In the three days stay after the second night we came back and the room wasn't taken care of, no one cleaned it unfortunately. The reception night shift lady was corteous and gave us some clean towels. I just don't understand though why there is no available drinking water? At the ice machine the drinking water valve had none or was broken?
There was no breakfast! Only coffee at the entrance reception area. The breakfast room was being renovated from what I could see. Oh well, no problem. Maybe it should be advertised that breakfast is not available when booking?

United StatesIt's slightly outdated. I was shocked by the nightstand lamp that had no lightbulbs (room 310). The light was not coming up, so I checked to see if the bulbs were loose, only to get zapped, because both light bulbs were missing. Also found a toy (hotwheels) by the bed, so I don't think the room was thoroughly cleaned.
