the fact he didn't get my wyndam points and didn't send an email to me for me to start back because he said my last name doesn't match on my other account. The bath tub nob was broke previously. The lack of a real breakfast bar. The eggs or whatever else was missing and the gravy was bland no flavor to it

Overcharged $50 for room, discovered when I checked out, clerk on duty could not correct mistake, she tried to contact manager to make correction but was not able to do so. I had another 600 miles to drive, was told it would be credited back to my account, still waiting. Really didn’t enjoy listening to work crews that were guest, sitting in parking lot drinking beer til 2AM Another question, Why does your clerk need to make a copy of my Drivers License, would not accept my Retired Military ID, as identification, I travel a lot and stay at different lodgings, have never had anyone refuse military ID or copy my Drivers License

Air conditioning was noisy as was extractor fan in bathroom.

Value for money. Great for overnight stop whilst travelling through. Breakfast was good - cereals, waffle maker, juice and coffee. Next to a petrol station which was convenient. Pool area was well kept and staff were friendly.

Beds were uncomfortable, and there was an electrician, doing some renovations and concrete drilling that started early in the morning, waking my wife and I up. The walkway is floor tile, so when it gets wet, it gets slick. It rained the day we left, and as we were loading up, I slipped and almost fell. I did let the front desk clerk know.

Front desk people were very nice. There was no hassle with the booking, and the request for a room on the ground floor was met.

$50 deposit for accidentals that I wasn't informed about prior to booking. Then they said it would take 3 business days to get it back.

Tile in bathwater raise next to bathroom. Sat in tub for bath and could see that back of toilet bowl does not get cleaned. Only one garbage can in room. Only decaffeinated coffee in room parking space lines need to be painted

I was told that the $50 deposit would drop off my bill when I checked out. This did not happen. It took a week for this money was returned.

Morning staff was horrible. The sign in the dining area said you are not allowed to take food back to your room. There was a middle age woman who came in to dining area and made 2 waffles. Her husband was checking out and had car at the door for them to leave. There wasn't a place for them to sit and eat. So the lady took her 2 waffles to go get in their car. The lady at the front desk stopped her at the door and told her she couldn't leave the building with food. The lady said the sign said she couldn't take food back to her room. She explained there was no place to sit so they were going to eat in the car. Front desk woman told her she had to throw the food away. The lady responded that breakfast was included and she wasn't breaking the rule of eating in the room. The front desk woman demanded she throw the food away again. The lady was upset and said what a horrible waste of food. That there was no place for them to sit in the dining room. The Front Desk lady said " I don't care, throw your food away." Very rude, disrespectful and hurtful actions!!! If I had not had to leave so quickly I personally would have reported her to the manager. We talked to our teenage kids about the situation they just witnessed too. Good thing I wasn't her manager. I would have fired her on the spot for the way she spoke to the customer. You can't treat customers so disrespectful. If I would have been checking in I would have left and gone somewhere else. Horrible horrible customer service.
