I was supposed to have a spa tub in my room, no spa tub. It was very disappointing as this was the whole reason for getting this room. When I got into the room, it had a very musky smell and that smell never went away.

Does have a hot tub and pool indoors, available from 10a-10p.

There was a cockroach on the wall in our room. The floor felt grimy. The pool was closed the 2 days we were there.

Was very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were very considerate with what our family was going through and offered support and understanding. The Manager still smiles when getting woke up after midnight for customers to check in. Thank you for your understanding during this difficult period in our lives.

They stated breakfast was until 9am on a Saturday. We went down about 8:15 and the food was basically gone and completely picked over. The two workers that were dealing with the breakfast area/food appeared very sloppy. Instead of refilling the food and such, they got themselves their own plates and were eating just around the room; which I’m fine with….but there was literally no food left at breakfast. So we decided to go eat at McDonald’s.

It was clean around the property. The beds were comfy and the sheets were soft. I like my rooms extra cold and the air conditioning kept me extremely comfortable. Nice and cold.

Location is good room was fine. Pool was closed and the worst was no ice. Breakfast was slim pickings, and not clean. We stay here every year and don’t need a lot. We washed clothes and the dryer was broke no sign

Shower bar falling off of wall. Bedspread had some kind of black sticky substance on it. Air conditioner did not work as it should. We heard a kid and adults talking through the night. Thin walls!!

The front office staff is quiet and you can’t hear through the glass. From 1130pm until 5am the kids across the hall in224 and 222 were crying and yelling. No one was at the front desk or answered between those hours. When I peaked out to see what was going on I was flipped off by one of the individuals and they continued on. Trying to get out of my room the cleaning ladies had the cart right in front of my door. They proceeded to say sorry… but leave the cart there for me to struggle around with my service dog. While walking out someone didn’t have their dog in a lease and was letting the dog between rooms. The dog was bigger than mine and scared my dog and started nipping and biting. You have three cleaning ladies in the hall! None of them offered to help or told the other guest to get her dog in the room I will be requesting a refund for this atrocious stay. Do better and hold your guests to some standards.

Our experience with the owner was exceptional! He was very attentive to everyone that came to the front desk. My spouse and I also noted that the overall condition of the property was greatly improved since the last time we had stayed there. We found out a bit more about the owner from one of his employees that he and his family were great supporters of the community and he occasionally helped out persons who needed a good place to stay. He was kind without being overly helpful.

The pool water was murky and no towels were present at the pool area. Our mini fridge still had the previous persons things in it. A fitness center was listed but we searched everywhere and did not find one at all. The beds are listed as queen sized beds but they were not! The beds given to us were doubles.. not comfortable at all..
