Paying additional tax when we checked in. Never have I've had to do that before?! Usually everything is on the original room charge when booked.

I didnt like how the rooms look very old and everything squeaks. The bathroom door didnt close unless you lift and slam. The divider between the floor and carpet was loose and lifted so we kept tripping on it.

I like the quick entry, elevator right in front. The kitchen lobby is the best part.

We were in a room across from a room with a dog. He let us know he was there first thing in the morning.

Breakfast was decent, many choices. Loved the variety of coffees. Staff very friendly. The hotel is old but it has been remodeled and you can tell. Rooms were equipped with newer coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator. The bed very comfortable.

The coffee maker was broken (room 110) and it proceeded to flood the countertop it rested on. It also flooded all the paperwork I had sitting on that countertop (dresser top). Unfortunately, I also forgot to report the debunked coffee maker at the front desk when I checked out.

Everything was as I expected, except for the coffee maker.

I was put in a room right next to the elevator. It wasn't a huge deal, but I didn't like it. Room (112) should not be rented out at full price.

The property has a lot of amenities and lots of parking. The property has a complimentary breakfast and beverages on the first floor. I like that the property has a lobby.

The pool and hot tub closed too early on the weekends. The parking lot was not convenient. And there was no designated smoking area.

Loved the bathtub with jets! Breakfast was excellent! Heard very little from other rooms. My husband and I were celebrating our 41st anniversary, and we enjoyed ourselves.

Unfortunately for this hotel, the surrounding area has become a gathering place for some quite sketchy characters. To the hotel's credit, they discourage people loitering around the property; unfortunately for guests, this is done via a motion-activated security system which makes an announcement intending to move people away from the area. We heard this announcement numerous times through the evening, which disturbed an otherwise peaceful stay.

Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable. The personal care products were very nice! Breakfast was more than adequate for a quite reasonably-priced stay.

It has nothing to do with the actual hotel itself. It is mainly the surrounding area. It is not in the best neighborhood I'm sure. Close to drugs and homeless outside doing the most.

Your staff is Awesome!!! Very exceptional Customer service!! The only thing that wasn't good was the room. We stayed on the third floor. The room smelled musty and like a dog. There was dog hair on the carpet and up the side of the wall. Your staff was so gracious and helped solve the problem immediately. They brought in an air freshener and aired out the room while we were gone for the day. When we returned that night the room smelt better but the smell is still there. My suggestion would be to take out the carpet and leave the hardwood floor, that way smells don't get trapped in by carpet. Thank you.
