Front desk staff was super unfriendly and acted like I was a bother while checking in. (She said she was new, probably in her 20’s.) ZERO please/thank you, not a smile in sight, just stared at me when I spoke. There was a small issue with my booking and she was no help. The room we got wasn’t what we booked. We were so frustrated by the front desk girl, so we dealt with it. We booked 2 queens and wound up with a queen and a double. The double was in this weird corner of the room. The bathroom was quite small. The mattresses need to be rotated or replaced. Large indentions where people sleep. Still decently comfortable, at least. Shower head was a mess. There was metal broken off inside of the blow dryer. It was extremely loud and shot out black shards. Super scary!

The location is great, super quiet at night. I’ve stayed here 3 times and always felt safe. Fresh paint on the exterior, though I personally liked the lighter color scheme. Very affordable. The bedding is clean, not a single bug of any kind, even when we accidentally left a potato chip on the floor all day. This is the place to stay if your goal is to have a quiet, clean space to sleep and shower. Water gets plenty hot.

The first room we got the door didn’t lock even when using the latch. My daughter was able to walk right in after I locked it. The lady at the desk didn’t give any issues, she switched our room right away. The beds were a little uncomfortable, and the Wi-Fi was a bit slow. We did spot 2 little roaches before we left.

It was close to where we wanted to go and couldn’t beat the price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool being clean was a plus.

1)The breakfast is like a honeybun and coffee. 2)A guy took his shorts off at the pool. 3)We called to ask if my son had left a souvenir in the room. The lady said she would check. We were told nothing was left. When we got home and unpacked we found the souvenir,but in fact left a fan and was told nothing was left. She could have said the fan was left. We weren't going to drive two hours back for we will just get a new one. So there was no reason to omit that it was left. 4)There was green around the shower head and sticky on the table so it was a little unclean upon arrival and the door was already unlocked and open when we arrived.

The room was a great value and they had a pool.

A hotel worker called the law to me and my boyfriend who came to see me since I came from out of town because we were talking in the parking lot for a little while so I wouldn't wake the nanny and my kids in the hotel room. I was asked if we were doing drugs or anything illegal because of it. It was so uncalled for. The beds were hard and had dips in the mattress in several places and the shower curtain looked unclean. The front desk doesn't answer the phone when you call.

Said breakfast was included online when booking but it was only coffee and a honey bun. Should have been more clear when listing it as breakfast. Also said it was feet from the beach online which it was a 7 min drive. No way could have walked there like it made it seem.

It was clean. The staff responded to a noise complaint swiftly and effectively.

Not the hotels doing but our last night there we were woke up by the sheriffs office banging on all of our doors at 3/4 am. It was atrocious and could’ve been avoided had there been a night staff to give out a room number for whomever they were searching for. But nonetheless it wasn’t in a terrible area.

Staff were amazing! We had a little bump starting out with the bathroom light being out due to a storm shortage. But they quickly got us into another room. They were all so kind and helpful. They kept our room stocked with towels and such for the entire trip.

Floor was wet when arrived, wasn’t clean, sheets were pretty dirty & the bed was uncomfortable & blankets were not thick enough.

I believe this is the room that we booked and it said that it had breakfast and everything else it did not and it just wasn't very inviting or Pleasant that's you know we're still check it when we book our trip but you know right now like I said it's just because they were cheaper so it was last minute and that's why we booked it there and I known that I didn't do everything it says I would have never booked it I mean also it said because with when Haven that's somebody we always rent from so I trusted that it was going to be good but you know like I said I was looking for a better rates for you know staying a longer term but I didn't work out that way but it's all right living you learn
