We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesDead roaches on bathroom floor upon arrival. Provided only 2 towels & 2 rags. No phone in our room. Toilet sprayed water & leaked every time we flushed it. Was initially told the pool was open. The pool was locked & closed our entire stay. Check-in process took forever. Especially for us already setting up a pre-reservation online. Charged an additional $20.00 deposit fee to a separate credit card. Was told that I had to use a credit card, or cash to cover the deposit fee & that they could not run my debit card I used to pay for our stay. Thankfully I brought a credit card since we had no cash. Never experienced that anywhere we've stayed in the past.

The location and the value but they need better house keeping the sheets dnt look fresh I travel with my own sheets and towels and I reclean my room myself…it would get a better review… after each stay they have house keeping to check behind each person before we get out deposit back but I feel the management need to check the rooms before renting them because the housekeeping is extremely lazy I clean the room every time I rent one
