I saw roaches in my room, my hotel room door was not stable and did not shut correctly it was a little scary with kiddos in the room with me. We placed luggage behind the door for security. And the balcony’s railing was loose with the kids it was a hazard.

Pool pavers are sinking and rocking, pinched my foot between two as they rocked! The property next is an empty lot full of Crack Heads with their phone lights looking for whatever crackheads hunt for at 10:30pm but that was weird. The parking lot next door was directly down from our balcony so you make direct contact with the crackheads. The elevator is gross, its covered in ghetto carvings and the trim work is hoorrrrible, half painted, half not. Same elevator is NOT current on inspection. The bedroom door lock DOES NOT WORK WITHOUT SERIOUS effort!!!! The exterior door deadbolt would not work. Random wet spot on the carpet was strange... Gap at the top of main door is about 1" tall and total width of door so you can hear the hallway and feel the hot air on that side of the room, you can smell the hallway air. Somone needs to purchase a 6-8" by 20 foot dryer vent line so you can cool that office, the main office is blowing hot air out of the machine into the same room its trying to cool, its missing a major part so it can operate properly.

It's an old hotel and looks it once inside. The door to the room(s) needs to be better situated (gaps around the door), the elevator was sketchy and made scary noises causing us (with baby) to take the stairs, by a public beach access full of homeless that were loud all day and night. No employees after 8pm.

The staff was awesome and the pool was clean and big. Free simple breakfast. Easy beach access.

Both the front and the bathroom doors stuck. The air conditioner in the hall had a bad bearing,very loud. the coffee maker did not work. and no complementory breakfast.

All the druggies hanging in the parking lot. The smell of weed was constant. I worried about my car and slept crappy because of the noise. No rules were enforced at the pool. We almost got hit with balls being thrown over our heads in the water.

The room was ok but it was a handicap shower. I had to kneel down to rinse my hair.

One of the beds had a smaller mattress than the frame, so there were parts of the metal frame that stuck out which I scraped my leg on, it didn't cut me, but it hurt!
