There were small flies coming out of the bathroom vent. The room was non smoking, but had definitely been smoked in previously.

Nice bed, just the right amount of firmness.

The room had extra furniture which made it feel crowded and the bed side lights that did not work. The sink was heavily cracked around the drain. There was a table, refrigerator, and microwave below the rack to hang your clothes so our clothes had to drape on top. The "breakfast" consisted of coffee and instant oatmeal.

The staff were great; friendly and helpful. It was extremely close to the venue we were going to. There were good food options close. Randall's and Black Bear were both very good and reasonable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the best part of the room/stay.

The ‘breakfast’ was non existent. Coffee, tea and oatmeal??? I didn’t even see any oatmeal when I looked. One bed had a HUGE soft spot in the middle. Both of us ended up in the middle hole constantly.

The room was very dated looking. Door had a hole in it. Very loud. I heard other visitors TV most of the night. Breakfast was a joke. Oatmeal and coffee. Way too much money for what I received.

The bathroom door handle (inside)came off once the door was shut! Luckily I knew how to put it back on and open the door. If it was an elderly person, they would have been trapped in the bathroom! Should be fixed immediately!!

there was no coffee left by 930-10 on monday morning the 8th of april. For a continental breakfast all they had to eat was oatmeal. That I can get at home or make in the room. Such a large chain should have a better plan than that for a breakfast. Never seemed to be an attendant at the front desk.

The floor creaked loud every step around the sink in our room. There weren’t soap for shower. Conditioner for hair. The bed squeaked when you turned over. The sheet wasn’t enough cover.

We were so uncomfortable we got up and left at 7 am without staying for breakfast

the mattress could have been better. I also should have looked for a king sized bed - my fault. I also should have paid more attention to HOW i paid for the room. I should have paid for it on the hotel website, NOT on Booking.com. My partner had an asthma problem during the first night stay so we had to cut our stay short one day. I did not realize that would create a problem with the Super 8 Wyndham Cottonwood hotel itself, and I'm afraid I swore when I found out i may not get my money back.

Plug receptacles either didn't work, or the plugs would fall out. Breakfast was poor(when it was available). Sink needed replacing. Property needed some work .

Bed was good. And the shower was good. Parking was good.

The bathroom needs updating badly. I believe it was advertised to have a "continental" breakfast. There wasn't even that. For the price of the room, I don't think it was a good value.

I couldn't get the TV to work .The breakfast was only packaged oatmeal. I thought it would be more for this hotel
