Mattress was a little soft. Shower head must have been installed by a short person. I am 5'6" tall and the shower head was eye level.

Of course I didn't expect luxury at this price but our door latch broke the morning of departure. There were no blankets--just a bedspread. The outside door had a lot of loose mud we had to step over and the windows were either filthy or fogged double-pane. A bathchair and grab bars would have enabled my disabled husband to shower--he was upset (I had neglected to request a handicap room). There was a stale odor in the room whenever we entered but we got used to it. No light switch by the entry door meant I had to feel around a dark room for a light. One plug-in didn't work and my phone did not charge overnight as I expected.

The beds were very comfortable! The coffee was excellent. I thought breakfast was advertised and there was none of that. Max/front dest clerk--so nice and helpful.

Well the shower curtain had mold on it ......there was no blanket for the bed....shower ceiling was about to fall in... I was in room 240 ...and the TV was in front of the mirror , move the mirror or the TV, DID NOT GET MY 5 AM WAKE UP CALL....so I was a little late for my meeting

Door lock was difficult it took multiple tries with both keys...I was on second floor along the interstate and window wouldn't set/shut into the frame all the way...said breakfast but it was only coffee and juice..only stay again in pinch...many hotels were booked this was my last choice

Checked out earlier and did not get the credit n didn't get my $100 refundable deposit. When I booked it said it was a hot breakfast available n it was not . Hot water didn't work in the sink

Breakfast was crap..only coffee and 2 different cereals and that was it..no coffee maker in room and you could only have coffee in morning..mattresses were worn out and needed replaced and a light cover was broken and not replaced...

The trashcan for the room was extremely small. The curtain did not fully cover the window, so there was constant light from cars on the highway.

Checking in was quick. The bathroom was clean and had good water pressure. Also, the room was bug free. The hotel had good wifi and cable TV. Great distance to food choices. Other guests were very quiet.

The staff didn’t hardly talk to me. When I asked questions they would just nod their head or ignore my question and their website says they have breakfast. I asked one of the staff if they had breakfast and he said yes between six and nine. Well when I got up, they didn’t have coffee and all they had was two types of cereal. Both cereals were sugary kid-type cereals. I am sorry I don’t call that breakfast. I wouldn’t complain if they even had some boiled eggs and toast, a little yogurt at least fruit. But in my book that is false advertising.

It was inexpensive and clean. But no one should claim to have a breakfast and have nothing but two types of cereal.
