The mattresses were very hard and lumpy, we were in room 105 and could feel the springs in the mattress. There's also a metal rail going around the bed, that I cut both my knees open on That metal rail for it has sharp edges when I pushed hard against it to reach across the bed.

The non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. There were roaches in the bathroom and in my bed. Plastered holes were not painted over. The entire room needs a deep cleaning. Pre-checking in online was a waste of time as front desk didn’t receive my info and I had to go through the process again.

When I opened the curtain in the morning to look out the window, there was plywood covering half the window. For the amount of money, I shouldn't be in a room that has to have windows boarded up

Bugs in the room, outside doors to enter the upper level were held open using garbage bags, my guess no ac in the hall, it was at least 100° in there. The door handle to my room was jammed had to Magiver it closed every single time I left, easy fix from the inside. The shower was awful, barely any water came out of the shower head, wish I could've showered under the spiket tons of water pressure under there. Room smelled weird. Pool was rather uninviting, Super glad I did not need to spend much time at this hotel.

I booked a king suite and never seen that room I have stayed there multiple times in the last couple months have gotten a basic room each time even if I booked the better one. I don't understand that but maybe they will upgrade me on my next stay.

The bathroom is a little small. The floors were filthy to where we had to wear flip flops because your feet would be black. There were tenants that were taken up 5 parking spaces at a time. The metal bottom of the bed make alot noises while sleeping. Water pressure and hot water suck.

I liked the pool and that we had a big enough room for my family. Especially the king bed and queen bed. Never saw that before.

This property was so dirty, it had 50+years of cigarette smoke, there was stains all over the bedspread, blankets, sheets, curtains, blinds, walls and water stains ceiling. The bedspread and blankets had holes in them, toilet seat was so gross, they had painted over all the stains on it. Burnt stains on bathtub, all the outlets and switches were cracked broken and stained, the bathroom door was falling apart, and the white door was brown from all the dirt from people touching it. The carpet down the hallway was so filthy and old, again the smell off cigarette smoke was so strong. Room carpet, disgusting and stained. Hairdryer on was had wires showing with some electrical tape half covering it.

The facilities were run down and poorly maintained. Hard & uncomfortable beds, poor lighting in rooms, mold in the shower & an unpleasant odor in the room. The outside door did not seal properly and there was a 1/8" gap around the door to the outside. The locks on the door did not work properly. Advertised breakfast consisted of coffee & OJ.

My booking confirmation information didn't include the $15 pet fee. Thankfully the desk clerk waived the fee. The room smelled like dog odor, there were dead bugs on the bathroom floor. I saw a cockroach on the desk, the desk and the table between the beds had water ring marks and spills from a previous guest. The orange juice was thick and brown. The only breakfast was one prepackaged Honey Bun for everyone.

The location was convenient and the bed was comfortable.
