There wasn't an elevator to the second floor. We had a ton of luggage and coolers so it wasn't fun going up and down the stairs with heavy baggage. Also, the floor in the hall of the second floor felt soft. I wasn't sure if I was going to go through it or not. It held up fine, but it is a bit questionable.

The price and cleanliness of the room was good. The hotel is older and it shows, but they have done improvements on the place to help modernize it.

The breakfast was below standard and one way. The color of the cloth on the bed is not attractive. It should be white. If there is something in the dark colors you won’t see it

They charged me 100$ (50$ a night) for my pets.. it wasn't on the booking site that there was any fee, it said "pet friendly" and should not charge me a fee to have my pets there.. they don't have to care for my pet, they don't have to do anything extra because they were there.. not ok they charged me extra.. there were cockroaches in the hotel.. bugs in the light fixtures.. killed a spider and took a cricket out of the room to outside.. I'm NOT giving you 5 stars, like you're claiming on your review status!!

The breakfast was surprisingly slim: a pancake machine, 3 cereal choices, oatmeal, yogurt, milk, toast, jam, mini muffins, coffee, hot cocoa. Most hotel breakfasts I've seen had eggs, bacon or sausage, and more. Kind of strange that my room didn't have 4 large towels stocked when we (4 people) arrived. I asked for more and got them, no issue. Wasn't much of an issue with this room (a double queen) but the last room I had (a single queen) gave me a sore throat from the extremely strong cleaning chemicals they use. It's the same odor as the other 2 rooms I've been in but that single room was 10 times the strength and the odor didn't dissipate during my stay.

It was fair value for what I paid. The pool was definitely the highlight even though it is a small pool. The a/c was able to keep up with the 100-107 degree weather while we were there. Plenty of towels set out for the pool.

Parking lot needs to be larger. I got there very early in the morning after checking in the afternoon before and I had to park underneath the super 8 sign not really sure it was a Parking spot. It was the only place there was room. The main access door would not work! The staff acted like it had been that way for some time! No elevator! The breakfast was so so.

Not clean, I had to clean the hair out of the rub before using, the bathroom floor hadn’t been swept (other peoples hair was visible), I also cleaned coffee off the walls and very visible finger print smudges off the bathroom door.

Well one I was required to put down a 100$ cash only deposit 2 as I was laying down to sleep the people next to us had a knock down drag out and some one was beating up a woman in the next room and called the front desk and was told they was checking out well went on called again an was told they was leaving I said lady in there was telling him to stop an it was a knock out drag out and I heard their stuff being thrown around they let it go on for hr hr an a half so I left an got my deposit back but was charged for a 2 night stay i didn’t get to sleep an was there maybe 3hrs

I think I was given the crappiest room in the hotel. We had no thermostat so very little control of the temperature. The bath tub was the worst I’ve ever experienced…there was water stuck under the tub making it feel like a water bed! You could hear the water sloshing around under the tub on the 2nd floor! Who knows when that floor is gonna fall through! I told two different workers and neither one had the least bit of concern, just “I’ll tell my manager” Zero care or concern.
