Needed a place to stay near JFK airport due to a missed connection. Picked this hotel because it was close. Not a great area. Room was super small. Bed sagged in the center and was very uncomfortable. Next to the train which ran most of the night and early morning. Paper thin walls/doors with people talking loudly in halls throughout the night. You get the picture.

United StatesWalls are very thin and neighbors voices are disruptive. Room doors slam with impressive volume and vibration. The train is very close and quite loud. Basement cafeteria is dark and dirty with towels on the floor to block a leak. The room's phone and coffee maker were not functioning at all. Our sheets had odd looking stains that the staff claimed were bleach spills during laundering.
Tio's deli and Sweet Things across the street are delightful breakfast and coffee options. Proximity to JZ and C subway lines are really handy.

United StatesThe only furniture is the beds. There's enough space, but apart from the beds, we only had a mini-fridge that barely housed the coffee maker and the phone. No bedside tables, no chairs, dressers, not a single hook for a coat. The other thing that wasn't great was the fact that even with the door closed, the noise level was too much. I could hear all of my neighbor's phone calls, elevator movements, etc. Breakfast is just a brown bag, and you can get a hot coffee downstairs.
New-ish building, so everything is bright and clean. Location is ok, 7-10 min walking distance from several MTA lines.

FinlandThe door of the room let out all the sound, there was too noisy! All small noises from corridor were as they would be inside your room. Please, put some seal to door! Please! This was horrible, especially when there was noise from the corridor and other rooms late into the night. Is there any silent time? At least customers did not follow anything like that. It's disgusting to be awake at 01:30 AM and listen to the neighbors' stutter. Ventilation is poor. When we arrived the room smelled a bit. I don't understand why they haven't build any ventilation to rooms, even hotel is new, just opened. The area where the hotel was located was dirty and vague. However, the price was so cheap that the bad area was part of it. However, the environment was safe. Breakfast was a paper bag which includes one small juice, yoghurt, one muffin and mandarin, and it had to be picked up from the reception and eaten in the room.
Beds were super comfortable. Price was cheap! And toilet and shower was clean and good. Metro stations (3) were close.

I don’t like anything about this property at all, first of all this is a homeless shelter hotel for families coming from PATH who’s been placed there. I seen a few people sign the night sheet after I paid for a hotel room.

United StatesThe attitude of the person at the front desk the Manner in which I was spoken to. Bed was not comfortable, TV remote did not work, phone in room did not work, breakfast was put in a brown paper bag in a clothes wagon, there was a lot of drunk cussing walk ins off the street that needed a one night stay as a motel, when I complained I was told that this is not a 5 star hotel it's a 2 star hotel ,what do I expect take what I get or I can go somewhere else. The area is also not nice or safe.its also very close to the above ground train ,lots of noise all night. I will not recommend anyone to this hotel nor will I ever stay there again, very disappointed for the price!

United StatesDirty, hair on walls, room stinky, floor sticky. There are ladies of the night inside and outside the hotel, making sounds, which makes it hard to sleep. Hallways stink like cigarettes. Also, there is a train, the room shakes every time it passes. There are no breaksfats. Everybody on the street around the hotel was drugged up or drunk. I felt unsafe.
Unfortunately, nothing. I will not come back, will.not bring kids or recommend.
