It's a Super 8, it was what I expected. No real complaints

Beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful

It was off putting that a sign at the front desk informed customers that all complaints needed to be made within the first 15 minutes in the room. (No I'm not kidding) It definitely made me feel like even if I called about anything it would be met with attitude or not fixed. Toilet ran/poor flushing the entire time. On multiple days the AC could not keep up and the room was very hot. Breakfast area was not very clean looking and selection was not great. Bed was really firm.

Cheaper than many surrounding motels, good size room. Good size mini fridge. Friendly woman at the front desk. Good water pressure in the shower. Convenient parking. Close to Starbucks.

Was just a place to sleep and shows on our way Livingston and it met those needs to The bedding and towels were clean hot water worked but was reversed no big deal coffe is no good but that’s to be expected for a hotel at almost $90 for a. Night I’d say it’s more of $60 room . Parking not was not something we were used to very small. Overall of all you need is a place to sleep for a night and a hot shower it works :)

We spent the night freezing😢, the heater turned up to 75 degrees, the covers were very thin, no extra blanket in the room. I had to use my wool cape as a blanket. NOT FUN. !!!!!!!😢😢😢

Fan on heating unit was noises? Bearing? The exhaust fan in bathrm was noisy? Toiletpaper holder needed repair in bathrm.

It needs an update, desperately needs some renovations done, hole in wall of shower & crack in bottom of tub (attempted siliconing it, tub grimy with grey marks, hole in wall behind door in our room. It’s not welcoming when you see how run down it looks.

some kind of bug crawling around on floor by desk check in also one of same in room[yuk].No coffee in breakfast room in the morning.Should be available right up until 9am. bisquits hard,no pancakes or eggs.sausage gravy over toast was good.don't think the oj was real ,maybe sunnyd .very disappointing.could forgive everything else but no morning coffee does not put me in a great mood for day.

The tv was small. The showerhead squeaked when hot water was being used. The right side of the bed was super loud when trying to sleep. There is no elevator.

I liked that the fridge was nice. I like that the microwave was clean too. I liked that there was breakfast in the morning even though it was just sausage and biscuits.

The room was not as clean as it should have been the mirror in the bathroom had what I was told paint stains all across it and the bedding had stains on it.

The breakfast was well supplied and the location was excellent for my needs. Also the room was nice and quiet.

There were stairs down to my room. The parking area was small and pretty tight. There was no dog relief area and not much on that street either.

The Indian man who checked me in was very accommodating. The room was large and clean, though dated. The building was quiet. There was parking close to the room.

Needs more bathroom and soap and toilet paper. We would like to have better Lighting in the parking lot. So if you could have more coffee in the morning.

Me and location and the staff was friendly food was good. We did not like the parking though.

Nothing to eat when I came to the cafeteria 1.5hrs before closing the cafeteria. Except 5 lukewarm shriveled sausages and lukewarm eggs , 2 slices of bread, one muffin and lukewarm coffee. No yogurt, no peanut butter. Maybe stop advertising Free Breakfast. You can hear everything in the hallway. Time for me to upgrade.
