The hallway rugs were dungie and no fresh air. The yard outside was poorly kept. The tv channel selection was all ads. The AC was hard to regulate. The breakfast was meager.

There were only a couple of things we disliked. While the shower was amazingly refreshing, the drain didn't drain the water well. It was just slow to drain. On another matter, when we turned off the lights it would also turn off the charging locations connected to the lights. Thankfully we had an extra adapter with multiple plugins that worked for the issue.

The customer service at this location was excellent. The staff made it well worth the stay. They were informative and worked with us when we needed anything. The room was comfortable and the A/C, I believe was from the artic. It worked so well that we actually had to turn it up so we wouldn't freeze. We had to even ask for another blanket to keep warm, however it was over 100° and we didn't want to chance getting too hot since we were in the area for hospital services. The shower was super refreshing with a pulsating showerhead and it stayed nice and hot during all our showers.

Were actually didnt get breakfast, we just wanted to sleep in a little longer ,being that we finally made it about 1AM, ,but I'm sure we would have enjoyed it.

Not bad just needs to have some touch up paint where the replaced light fixtures and the shower head needs to be cleaned or replaced

Water from the shower ran all over the floor even though the shower curtain was inside the tub. No cart to transport baggage, the breakfast was lousy, it would be better not to advertise free breakfast than to present what was offered. Its like insulting your intelligence.

Clean room with comfortable bed, nothing more, we got a good night's sleep. It also had a refrigerator and a microwave.

Cleanliness......carpets on the stairs were filthy.

Early check-in was provided for an additional fee. We were able to check-in at 9am! Instead of 3pm and that was WONDERFUL!!

Breakfast!! Much to be desired.

Breakfast was the negative aspect of our visit. Very inadequate. Very little to offer. Morning and evening clerk was great. We have stayed here before and he remembered us and was very personable.

One of the doors to the outside did not close properly. The bathtub, although clean, was stained.

Very kind and helpful staff. The dryer in the guest laundry was not working but Emerson helped us with a solution. Also, in the morning we came late to breakfast (after the posted hours) but the nice lady at the desk kindly gave us a couple of muffins.

Carpeting throughout the main walkways was very very dirty.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The stairway carpeting and carpet in hallways definitely could use some cleaning. Although it is an older hotel, the rooms were decent with newer flooring which was much better than carpet. Staff was very pleasant. Overall the value was good.

Check in was easy. Staff friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Room was old and tired. The bathroom door was stapled together. Not well sound-proofed though. Woke with every voice.
