The lift didn't wait for a day. Breakfast was ok- toasts, waffles, cereals, but I felt observed by the staff during the breakfast what wasn't comfortable. I smelled cigarettes and weed in my room all the time (I spent three days). The smell was super intense even though I had a non-smoking room. At first I thought it was a safe location, but I was SO wrong. Junkies everywhere. Even in the motel's parking lot.

The smell inside of the hallways and the stairways is very bad it smells like old mildewed water damage or something and the room smell great inside but when you step into the hallway it smells very sour

Considering what I paid to book the room it definitely surpassed my expectations in every way so I generally overall think that it is a great deal and a fairly nice hotel for the price that you're paying definitely I still the rooms are clean staff was friendly overall very satisfied with the choice

The only real problem was the elevator. We had a room on the third floor and a lot of luggage. Elevator no 1 was out of order (as someone told us already for a long time). Elevator no 2 stopped working on our last day. So we need to bring all down the stairs. This was very uncomfortable (we are both seniors). The TV is very small

The smell... the halls reeked of weed, to the point that you had to rush to get into your room otherwise you'd get a headache. The "continental breakfast" was literally toast and butter, cereal or a waffle. Nothing protein based. We were hungry an hour later. Lol.

The location was nice!!! The room we were in didn't smell bad, it was actually clean. The AC worked perfectly! The staff was nice and friendly. The beds were firm when first laying on them, but they were comfortable and we got a good nights rest with the soft pillows. The pool was small but it looked inviting, so did the hot tub!

The smell in the hallways and in the room, also the fact that only 1 elevator was working and basically only 1 button worked to access the elevator and there was not a sign to indicate that. It took a rude worker to come and push the “up” button to go down after waiting for the elevator to go down. The towels in the bathroom had long hair in them , if they were supposed to be clean I shouldn’t have other people hair on them. And the pillows on the bed… unacceptable.

The building is old and needs new elevators, they malfunction regularly, they have 2 side by side but only operate "1" so be ready depending on the floor you choose. The floors need more detailed care or different mopping solution. My current stay I also found hair beneath the sink! Please consider adding to the breakfast, is just waffles and yogurt, consider providing alternative milk as well. Ratings will go up. Check your room immediately upon arrival things tend to be missing and you have to request, is like they borrow from other rooms?

The price value is great! Especially as I use online booking which saves more, be sure to look one up! Staff tried to be accommodating if you ask. Rooms are made well and ready to go, very nice!
