Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI had extended check-out until 12pm authorised, however staff kept on knocking in my door since 11am multiple times asking me to leave, even though I explained I could leave at 12pm. Continental breakfast was included, but there was only facilities to make waffles with syrup, coffee and tea, and some yogurts and some other bits. There was meant to be a weighting scale on the room, but was missing.

AustraliaThe cleaning products they either use to wipe down furniture or use on the bedding stunk the room out. My friend could barely sleep because of it and it made my skin very irritated. So if you’re sensitive to smells and cleaning products we do not recommend this hotel.

New ZealandThe main lady at check-in, an Indian lady in her thirties was unfriendly, a bit lazy and just had an overall unconcerned vibe. She was not efficient or organized and did not smile or act friendly. The breakfast offering was pathetic.
