The pool and hot tub area was closed on two of my last three stays here. I can stay at another motel nearby that’s more basic/no pool for $30 less per night. It was just as comfortable and clean, but no breakfast available.

Always super clean and consistent. Beds are mostly comfortable and supportive. Great value and good location near a house project for me.

Bed coverlet was stained and blankets not thick enough room was never cold but having grown up in Wisconsin I'm used to sleeping in a cooler room with thicker blankets .

Breakfast could have been better, had egg and sausage patty, toast, bagels, frozen waffles, Raisin Bran, and Frosted Flakes. Our thermostat in our room was broken and would not work, but it was cool outside- so our room stayed 65-68 degrees the whole time.

Location, staff, cleanliness were great. Pool and hot tub were fantastic and very clean.

Extended time of breakfast for the amount of guests at the hotel esp on holiday weekends. Keep closer eye on food served. Ran out of some of the foods provided by the time I was able to get food which was around 8am. Also Labor Day some breakfast items not available.

Found a dead bed bug on the towel rack. Carpets were dirty old and stained. There was no TV remote. Crumbs and hair and dirt in the drawers. Window was dirty. Air conditioner worked but you could not turn the fan on and the thermostat was wrong so to have it about 72 in the room it needed to be set at 66°. The hair dryer felt like it was coated in Vaseline, the chairs were dirty and there was terribly harsh bright white led bulbs in every single light. The women at the desk seemed to have an overall bad attitude in general and the pool was green, not to mention the pool area was so hot and unventilated it felt as though you were suffocating.

When there was an issue with the ceiling leaking the staff member addressed it promptly.

The fan portion of the cooling/heating system didn't work. We like to run the fan at night to circulate the air and also help to block noises from outside. One other thing was the bathtub drain was slow, so you stand in about 4 inches of water when you shower.

Everything in our room was in good order. Comfy beds and pillows, the fridge and microwave were in great condition, and the room was nice and clean.

No Elevator to get upstairs. I had a big awkward suitcase and my depth perceptions did not work out well for me carrying it up and down. I asked the front desk for an extra blanket and the receptionist was not very friendly and told me I had a heater in my room. Which half the time the heater didn’t work for me .

Nothing. There is NO customer service. Arrived to a room reeking of cigarette smoke. We arrived 4 hours after promised check in time to find out they changed our room assignment three times already due to smoked in nonsmoking rooms. They moved us again and still smoked in. They don't enforce smoking policies. Very rude to guests who specify allergies to smoke and must have a room clear of smoke smell like us. They accept CASH payments so violators are receiving zero punishment and get away with smoking in rooms due to not giving any credit card for damage deposits. This is a horrible policy and no wonder they have problems. I cancelled our next stay there due to this situation which angered me greatly. We luckily found a competing hotel with a opening but I cant' risk this happening. They lost a long term customer with this disasterous attempted stay for three nights during deer hunting season when we were already sleep deprived, cold and tired. to find a new hotel was a pain in the neck. Never again.
