The beach access was poor. I almost fell at the little gate going to the beach bridge. It was very uneven. At least have a warning sign. My husband could not risk attempting to negotiate that area. Consequently, he did not get to the beach at all.

The views! We could see the waves from our room. The colors of the sunsets were most memorable

The sofa bed fabric and the dining chairs one need to be replaced. They had stains and were dirty. We had to put a sheet on top of the sofa to be able to seat on it.

The tiki bar drinks were bad and the workers there (at the bar) were not good.

The location is great, the beach was not busy, very relaxing area. The view from our balcony was amazing.

Parking was confusing and tight on space.. Several elevators were out of order.

I don’t have much to critique but a better view of the gulf would have been great and the guy operating the drink bar was very rude to us.

The pools were great as was the hot tub. Great spot on Treasure Island.

It was comfortable and relaxing. The staff was very helpful and polite. The beach was a very short walk and St. John’s Pass was less than a mile away.

The bathtub was peeling. I didn't notice it until my boys were in the tub and I saw pieces of it floating in the water. The sliding doors were a little off but nothing terrible.

Beach access was great! Quick walk down to the water. And it was clean!! Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were very large. Having a washer and dryer in the suite was a nice surprise. The view was beautiful.

the bathroom needed attention, because grout was very bad and black molded and bathtub was all chipped and looked horrible. windows where dirty and kleenex holder was very dirty.

My only minor complaint was the floor on the balcony. If we walked outside on the balcony our feet were black with dirt.

Construction but it is unavoidable until they get rebuilt from last years storms. Can still use pool but no restrooms, only port a let.

Great location in Treasure Island. Beachfront and not a long walk to the water! Pool area was under construction so area wa s smaller and crowded. Kids pool was great for the little ones to play. Beachfront bar was convenient as well. Overall a great weekend away with the family.

The dryer did not dry well, had to do 2 cycles of drying to dry clothing. Would have been nice to have a couple washer laundry pods for laundry washing, extra garbage bags, ect. We bought these things and left them for the next guest.

The beach access was under construction and it was challenging to get to the public beach access. Some tourists were stepping over the temporary fencing and walking across the protected dunes and sea grass. I feel that better accommodations could have been made

sofa bed was dreadful all springs asked for mattress topper but told none given blanket not very thick only towels etc for 4 we were 5 asked for more from service people told to ask reception reception said the extra 1 would be sent ,it wasnt we managed was the apartment supposed to be serviced or was it diy we had no service
